Botox and Juvederm scheduled, but upon arrival I discovered the appointment had only been scheduled for the Botox. This appointment had been booked well in advance to accommodate both treatments.
Multiple scheduling issues over the last year (post COVID). Unable to get treatments when I arrive because they were booked incorrectly, wasting time and gas. Then they try to book you at other locations other than Colleyville, they said I could have an appointment in Garland, 40 miles away!
Desired outcome: Speak in person with a manager
