Ideal Image Cool sculpting

Warning! Ideal Image Las Vegas is a scam! The Initial consultation is a set up to get you to finance services. They will tell you that your goals are achievable and can be done within weeks. They will set you up to come to the office for complementary visit. Only then will they tell you that they don't have enough certified personal to perform coolsculpting services so they are overbooked and the nearest appointment to begin treatments is 2-3 Months Away. If you are unhappy with Their scheduling issues and try to get out of the contract they will tell you that you will be contacted within 5 business days but you will never hear from them.By then You Are Financially Obligated to pay for the services no matter if you get said services or Not. You will have to request any information about the services you signed up for. They Do Not Automatically send them to you. And your Legal Headache will begin!

Ideal Image Cancel my contract with ideal image and cancel my loan agreement with ally lending.

I’ve been struggling with ideal image since August and constantly going back and forth. I am needing some help on the best way to go about cancelling my contract with ideal image and cancelling my loan agreement with ally lending. My story is that I had a free zoom consultation with a “ specialist” where we discussed cool sculpting and the areas in which I was looking for these services. I was only looking for more information on cool sculpting and wasn’t 100% sure of these services. We then spoke about pricing and availability that ideal image has for appointments. Then, she proceeds to share her screen with me where she pulls up a loan agreement with ally lending and explains that I qualified for a low interest rate in monthly payments. I was immediately hesitant because I was only interested in cool sculpting and looking for information, I by no means wanted to take out a loan because I did not want my credit affected in any way. After expressing my concerns regarding my credit, the specialist continues to pressure me into thinking that this will actually “ affect my credit score in a positive way.” Unfortunately, I stupidly gave in to the pressure when she kept asking if I received the loan agreement with ally and asked me to sign the contract. The next morning, I immediately regretted this and contacted ideal image to cancel. They communicated that I would not be able to cancel. I then did my own research and decided to file a dispute with ally to inform them I do not want these services and want to cancel my loan agreement. They gave me a case number and said that a final decision would be made by the ends of September. Then, I receive a call from the same specialist from ideal image saying that she saw I filed a dispute with ally. She proceeds to tell me that it’s better to cancel my dispute because if I were to keep it active, ally will return the money but because I still have the contact with ideal image, I’d still have to pay them and if not be sent to collections and therefore “ affect my credit badly for the rest of my life” as the specialist stated. I’m looking for the best way to resolve this, as I’m confused how I’ll have to pay ideal image if my loan is cancelled, I haven’t received any services from them. I wasn’t looking into getting a loan, and much less pay off a loan for services I didn’t receive.

This is SO very much similar to what I am still experiencing, even though this situation started a couple of years ago!

The products that Ideal Image sent to me were not Ordered at all! So, I returned the box unopened to them! However, until today that company says that they never received the Return!

Ideal Image says that I signed an Agreement which is not true! The Customer Service Rep said that she'd email me a copy of that Agreement, BUT nothing ever happened!

Thus, they are insisting that I still owe them $394 via Ally Lending! This has messed up my Credit.

I need some real HELP getting this away from my life! PLEASE! 🙏

Ideal Image Cool Sculpting

Purchased a treatment package on June 10, 2022 for $5960. This was following a ZOOM consultation with a sales person who assured me I was a good candidate (significant subcutaneous abdominal fat). I had my first session at the Plano, TX facility on July 29, 2022. The nurses who did the treatment told me I could not treat more than one area, that I didn't have much subcutaneous fat and that it probably wouldn't work well. They stated they don't like sales without in-person consulting. I had the treatment in 2 spots; it took less than 2 hours.

I contacted Kelly Longhofer, the Plano manager, on August 4 and was complementary of the facility staff. I told her I understood the pressure the corporate sales people have and recognized that can put her team in a bad situation. Kelly agreed to open a case for me to get a partial refund (we agreed it would be approximately $5000).

Since then I have emailed Kelly twice and have called the corporate customer service people 6 times. They tell me they will have a case manager or supervisor call me. That has not happened once. They are apparently stalling me, hoping I go away...

Desired outcome: Refund for unused Cool Sculpting treatments and Lifetime membership. This is at least $5000.

Ideal Image Coolsculpting

During my free consultation for coolsculpting, there was absolutely no mention of an umbilical hernia being a contraindication. I only spent a ton of money on the area I hate the most, my belly fat. I was told the day of my appt my belly could not be done and a refund is definitely not an option. I would have never spent t money like this if I had known that, not like the treatment did anything for my flank or back bra area. The place is a scam!

Ideal Image Try to cancel, but never had any treatments.

On August 29, 2022 i talked to one of the consultants. She talked to me about the areas that I wanted to fixed. Then she said let's see if you are approved for a loan the treatments would be 8 for 4,040.00. I was still was not for sure. But my idiots self went through the whole process and sign their service contract without fully read. We too my surprise i get an email from the loan company stating the are sending the money out. So I called the ideal image and the loan company on August 30 at around 10am stating I don't want it. Ideal image said that he will cancel the dates that the consultant sign me up for (he never said anything about that I can't cancel because I sign the service contract). The loan company said they will get back to me within 30 days. So today September 7, 2022 i finally get a call, but I miss them. So I called back and they lady says that I can't cancel because I sign a service contract. I explained to they lady what happened and that I have not had any treatments. But she still says I can't cancel. I am so mad at myself right now that I don't know what to do. SO I AM STILL WAITING TO SEE IF THIS CAN BE RESOLVED. I AM PRAYING IT CAN BE.

Desired outcome: I just want to cancel and for them to return the loan. I will never again do anything without i reading everything.

Ideal Image Poor customer service

I purchased 20 units if Botox for upcoming event last year. I was told by my doctor that since im doing ivf to hold on to it. I immediately told the nurse or the nurse practitioner who's going to do the service about it. I asked them if I should just ideal image in cuyahoga falls, ohio that should I just get a refund before it expired bec we dont know when is my ivf be over and if my doctor said im good to go. Ideal image told me that they are going to secure my units till im good to go and ready without any fees. I called them a year later, done with ivf and had a baby, im good to go with the procedure. It was a hassle. They transferred me to so many costumer service and they said they have to email the manager and they will call me. Havent heard from them in a week. I just want my full refund back. Im very disappointed with their protocol. I dont trust them anymore for not giving me their word.

Ideal Image Unauthorized credit card/liars

I called for a consultation, when I was asked what I wanted done, well I explained and she told me that she need to make sure I have a working debit card and to see if I can get approved for the loan, well she told me that I had gotten approved for a certain amount and how much could I put down, well I changed my mind and told her that I didn’t have enough, but she insisted and I hung up, well they kept trying to call me back, I didn’t answer, well something told me to go check my card and she had processed 2 transactions one for 500 and another for100, had I told her to take my money, she would’ve took the money all at once. Well, once I noticed that she had taken my money I immediately called them and ask for a refund, I called my bank and disputed the charges and I also contacted the BBB. They are scammers who’s taking peoples money with them knowing including making them sign a contract when they are thinking that they are just trying to see if they can get approved not get approved and accept the loan at the same time. I want my money back I cancelled a contract that I didn’t even know I accepted within 24 hours.

Ideal Image Cancel a new laser removal treatment

Yesterday 09/04/2022 somebody call me by zoom offer me a laser removal treatment from Ideal Imagine, I accepted the offer because I did not understand at all what I sing out because I do not speak Spanish and the girl in the Zoom meeting tried to "explain me". after signed out I receive an e-mail from Ally name into it that I have a lending with they for 10,886.70. I called back immediately and I said to sales assistant that I do not want the service and I do not want the lending. Is a crazy amount and is no right pay for a service that I do not receive. She told me (the sales assistant), "You're in time to cancel." but time is running, and that loan will be made effective soon. not to mention that they did not send me any mail with the cancellation or at least requesting it.

The girl told me that she calls me back, I did not receive any e mail, or called with my cancellation. Ally told me they (IDEAL IMAGINE) will receive the money in 2 days from now (09/05/2022). I insiste call IDEAL IMAGINE IN ORDER TO CANCEL before officially ALLY activate the loan. I insisted calling numerous times to Ideal Imagine, the people who attend me are rude to me without mentioning that they put me waiting in the line a long time to communicate with the girl who sold me the service, then they tell me that it is not available and that they cannot do anything, that I have to wait 3 days, the same 3 days that ALLY need to send the money and officially activate the loan.

It is more than obvious that I do not want that treatment, let it be known immediately. last night I couldn't sleep, and I haven't been able to eat because of the anxiety of knowing that I owe such a large amount of money and that no one is helping me solve this mistake. The girl who attended me told me that I could cancel this whenever I wanted. taking your word now I need immediate cancellation.

It is not right IDEAL IMAGINE taking money from somebody do not want the treatment, is not right IDEAL IMAGINE taking money for something they will not do. it is no right it is not fair.

it's not right IDEAL IMAGINE putting their customers in this position, to be harassed when they have a real problem to solve.

Desired outcome: PLEASE CANCEL THE SERVICE, I' REALLY APPRECIATE IF YOU DO NOT TAKE THE MONEY FROM ALLY BEFORE OFICIALLY THEY ACTIVATE THE LOAN. PLEASE SOMEBODY RESPONSE.

In the first paragraph I meant that I don't speak English, I speak Spanish and I'm learning English. I was assisted by someone in Spanish. I would ask her things I didn't understand, and she would tell me, but never consciously agree to sign a loan of 10,886.70. i did not know what sing out. and she told me that i can cancel whenever i want.

Ideal Image Deceptive and Misleading Marketing

I had an appointment yesterday to get Botox from your Eason, Ohio location. I purchased the Lifetime Membership last July for $250. When I went in yesterday, they said my LIFETIME membership had expired and I needed to purchase another LIFETIME membership for $250.

There are posters in the office that state it is a LIFETIME membership, NOT annual. And the Website states the same. If there is this much confusion you must change your messaging. I did purchase the LIFETIME membership again yesterday for $250 due to their being no one there I could speak to in management, and I was going round and round with the front desk person. I told them I would take it up with their corporate office. Please contact me, I am looking for a refund of $250, to honor a true LIFETIME membership and an agreement you will review your marketing strategy.

This is a classic case of deceptive and misleading advertising. I will continue to bring this to consumers attention, I do not want others to be fooled like myself. I have also read many of your reviews, and your company seems to have many upset clients in regard to how you handle your legal terms and conditions around your services.

Desired outcome: I am looking for a refund of $250, to honor a true LIFETIME membership and an agreement you will review your marketing strategy.

Ideal Image Cool sculpting

On 08/24/2022 I weunt oen

Ideal image website to ask for a consultation. I was called within 5 -10 minutes by a salesman. He asked me what I wanted to do. I told him I wanted to use Cool Sculpting for belly fat. He then connected me to a woman consultant. We talked about the Cool Sculpting and what it could do. She asked me to show her the area of treatment.

I showed her

She asked me to stand sideways and to punch the “roll”

She then told me it was a very treatable area. Cool Sculpting kills the fat cells then your body Disposes it. She said it was such a small amount I need, there would be 2-3 treatments.

I signed up. She got me an appointment the next day (08/25/2022) at 4 pm at the Wellington, Florida location.

When I went to the appointment they gave me some forms to sign. I had paid online with the consultant.

Then the technician came in. I had changed into the paper shorts and top so she could do the procedure.

She looked at my belly and then pinched it up. She said and I quote , “you don’t need cool sculpting, this is just skin!”

I said, the Zoom consultant said I could.

Technician said, no, cool sculpting only gets rid of fat. This is skin. TwhIs procedure will not get rid of this.

I said, thank you for being honest. Can I just cancel this all?

She said, do you want anything else?

She showed me a list, wrinkles, laser hair removal…

I said no. Just the cool sculpting. She said, we can’t help you there.

I went to the reception desk, I asked for the cancellation of this procedure because it can’t be done.

She said

Oh, they can’t cancel it. I’ll hacmve to make a case. They will call you in 3-5 days.

Well day 4 was Monday 29th. I called them. She claimed they called me 3 times on Saturday and no one answered so I would have to start a new case. I checked my phone records. No they did not. Today, September 1 they called me. I answered and they made a few taps on the phone and hung up. They did that 3 times. Then I hit redial and Kristina answered. She said she just couldn’t get a connection!

But I connected just fine.

She immediately asked me to tell her what happened. I did. Now Kristina was the person that had said she needed to connect me to a manager, today, she could answer my question!

After I told her everything, she said, no, refunds are only given if you have a medical condition that keeps you from having the procedure.

I said, your consultant said yes, we can help you. The actual technician said no it cannot.

Ideal image cannot do the procedure then I should get a refund! They are not holding up their end of the contract.

All she said was, I’m sorry, we cannot give you a refund, our contract says….

She said that over and over.

I finally said

Does it sound right and fair if you pay for a service, the business cannot do the procedure, yet keep your money? How would you feel?

She said, I’m sorry, we cannot ……

On and on

Ideal Image Ultherapy

I originally went to Ideal Image because if you buy a membership the cost per unit of Botox was very reasonable. The sales person talked me into trying Ultherapy. She raved about the results and told me how happy I would be. Quite the opposite actually. The procedure itself was extremely painful and the area I had done was tender for a few weeks following the procedure. It left dark red pinpoint sized lines all across my upper lip, all in perfect rows, exactly where they had used the ultrasound. I waited for 3 months, hoping they would fade and disappear completely. They did not AND I saw no difference in the appearance of the peri-oral area that I was supposed to be so happy with. I reached out to Ideal Image, who prescribed a hyperpigmentation cream to use twice a day for 6 months. Not only did the cream not work, by this time the rows of dots were now raised rows of brown dots. After the 6 months, I again reached out to Ideal Image. They explained to me that scar tissue can be a side effect and bid me farewell. It was clear that the person that did my procedure either did not know what they were doing or had the machine turned up way too high. Lesson learned. Go to a reputable place and spend the extra money for someone who knows what they're doing. I now have permanent damage to my upper lip. As for Ideal Image, the new look they gave me is far from ideal.

Ideal Image Refund Policy

I purchased Ideal Image on 08/10/2022 for derma fillers and laser hair removal My laser hair removal appointment was scheduled for 08/16/2022 @ 12:40 pm I received a email stating my appointment is scheduled. My Advance filler appointment scheduled for 08/16/2022 @11:00 am. I received a email stating my appointment has been scheduled. On 08/16/2022 I arrived for my appointments @ Ideal Laser 5400 Brodie Ln Suite 280 Austin Tx 78745 phone [protected] and was told my appointments was auto canceled, I have email for each appointment stating "appointments has been scheduled". There was nothing front desk could do to squeeze me in to perform services Advance Fillers guaranteed during sales time of purchased. They wanted to squeeze me in only for Laser hair removal but not Advanced filler 08/16/2022 @ 11:00 am nor can they help in issuing me a refund. Front desk supplied phone to call for refund [protected] . I called spoke with Aaron who opened a refund case#[protected]. I was told to allow 15 business days for decision. Decision is Ideal Image canceled my appointments and want me to wait a whole 15 business days for a decision.I have notified my credit card companies to despite refund Advance Filler purchase $725.00 Lifetime guaranteed Members250 I feel scammed and ripped off, services was expected and not rendered both of my appointments should not be canceled. I ordered Advance Filler and Laser hair removal together not separate. The timeframe to make a decision but not a refund seems unethical and poor business practices. I would like to escalate this matter. I want my refund $975.00 I paid you $975.00and expect $975.00 refund.

If you take the time to look at each attachments I emailed to you, it shows time payment was made. Shows the time service agreement was emailed.

The payment was made @ 7:56pm. Service agreement was emailed @ 8:43pm. This should be more than enough to issue a refund. Your sales representative underhanded made a sale before making me aware method, procedures, and cancellation. I feel discriminated by the Ideal Image 5400 Brodie Lane Austin Tx .I know they wasn’t as busy as they claim. I sat inside for 25/30 filing a case with Idea Image. I feel if I was of another ethnicity race they would had went above and beyond. I will look deeper into this matter until I receive my full refund the sales rep Amy manipulated the method, procedure of Ideal Image sales flow and changed it to fit in order to make a sale. I have proof and will continue to do what it take to resolve this issue. I do not trust you now to do anything to my face and would never suggest anyone I love to come in contact with your company.

Ideal Image Coolsculpting of the upper arms

Had a consultation with the rap regarding CoolSculpting the upper arms. After a 40 minute interview she told me I would need one treatment and the cost would be $1,600 but if I book the appointment within the next 24 hours they would take $200 off. I booked my appointment for the next day. When I went in for the procedure they took a measurement of my bicep and I believe it was 13 in so after 30 minutes of coolsculpture the nurse came in and I asked her how soon would I see results and yes she did say sometimes a couple of weeks sometimes a few months and I asked her what would happen if I didn't see any results she said you would have to come back for a second treatment. I asked the receptionist at the front desk if I needed a second treatment how much would it cost me and she told me would be $2, 000. I asked her why so much I only paid $1,400 for this one treatment and she said that's because you got a discount normally they're like $1,800 to $2,000 per treatment. Of course I can't afford that I had to finance the first treatment. I was praying that I wouldn't need a second treatment but after 5 weeks I measured my arms and they were 13 and a half inches and they were flabby and stretched I panicked and I sent a message to ideal imaging and told them that I'm not going to pay for their services if I wasn't happy with the results that I've gotten they were worse after the treatment than before. I then called the finance company fortiva and told them I'm not making payments until I see my results and he said to inform ideal image and they will put a hold on it I called ideal image I left them a voicemail and they never returned my call.

Ideal Image Lifetime guarantee

I bought a $5000 package and paid an additional $500 for a lifetime guarantee for my daughter and I. I was charged this morning unauthorized charge for $500. I called and they said it’s the annual fee for my lifetime guarantee. That’s not a lifetime guarantee if you have to pay annually. You can watch their video and listen to the recording while on hold. All are miss leading and don’t say you must pay this to keep a lifetime guarantee. This is a scam and the service at Ideal is [censored]ting.

I can’t use a lifetime membership if I’m still getting the service, therefore last year charge and this year charge is fraud.

Desired outcome: Either the lifetime guarantee which what you are claiming to sell me and I paid for in the sale of the package or a $1000 refund.

Ideal Image Laser hair removal

I am absolutely livid about my experience so far with Ideal Image. I initially just asked for information and to learn more about the services. They contacted me back and offered a free consultation. I agreed. When we were discussing the services for laser hair removal, I was pressured into actually signing up for it when all I wanted was information. I eventually gave into the tactics because the lady seemed nice and actually seemed to empathize with my problems. I ended up signing up for a loan for $4,800. I asked her multiple times if I could cancel if I am no longer able to pay for the services. Now that I think back on it, she avoided the question. I tried my hardest to read everything that I was signing. Nowhere at any time did she mention that it was a law-abiding contract and that I am basically waiving my right to fight it in court. I had no idea. She also told me that I would NOT be charged until I had my first appointment. I had to cancel my appointment due to financials and health reasons. However, I received an email from Ally Lending that I need to make a payment. I NEVER used the money. I filed a complaint and opened a case. I received a call from Craig Gentry, the executive client care specialist. He told me that it's law-abiding and if I were to cancel, I still have to pay them $4,800 even though I never used their services. I was forced to send an email to Ally Lending asking to close the case and that we met a resolution. Due to pressured selling and deceptive practice, I am now suffering mentally and financially. This is unethical and wrong. It did not help that I was crying during the phone call with Mr. Gentry, and he did not care at all. I want to cancel the agreement. I refuse to cooperate with a company that resorts to deception and unethical practices. I will continue to write complaints. I am even thinking about opening a class action lawsuit since so many people are experiencing the same thing.

Desired outcome: I want the agreement terminated along with the loan, and I refuse to pay Ideal Image. I want a refund.

I forgot to mention, I am filing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the General Attorney Office

I was provided with a full refund to Ally Lending and termination of the agreement.

I feel like I have a similar situation. Pressured into signing a contract I didn’t understand. I wasn’t aware of the refund policy. I’m just passed their 30 day deadline, which I think is unreasonable. I did do one session, I have no problem paying for that one, but I don’t want to do it again. I don’t know what to do.

Hello! Which General Attorney Office did you file with? Your current state, or Florida since that’s where their headquarters are located? I’ve been trying to get my contact cancelled since January, even with a doctors note they won’t let me. I’m just trying to figure this out. My contract is for 7k and I have not received any treatments since my medical provider suggests for me not to go through with it.

Ideal Image Hair removal contract

I had a virtual consultation for laser hair removal. I was interested in having hair removal on my upper lip and chin. The consultant set up a contract for my upper lip, chin and informed me that I would also need the front of my neck done. When I went to my first appointment the RN doing my procedure told me I did not need the front of my neck done and she would work with the sales representative to adjust my contract. I tried calling the location several times but could never speak with anyone of any authority and was told "they would send an email". In the meantime I moved from Massachusetts to Florida. I was able to transfer my contract but the new location said they could not adjust my contract because they didn't set it up. Every time I try to call the Braintree, MA location I get the run around. No one there can help me. I deserve a credit on the almost $3,000 that I am spending on this procedure because one of the areas is not even being treated.

Desired outcome: I would like a credit for the amount of the contract that covers the "front of neck". I want it credited back to me. I don't want a company credit. I have no intention of doing more work with Ideal Image.

Ideal Image Lying,

I supposedly was to obtain services. After 4 trips to salon and several contracts later. I received one book injection a s one BBR treatment (not sure v if those are the right initials) This only cost me almost $1000.00. I am planning on putting everything on FB if this is not resolved to my satisfaction. This all started April 24th 2022, after a phone consultation. This is terrible to treat American people in such a matter.

Desired outcome: I want money refunded as you people broke contract, not myself. I would like response ASAP please.

Ideal Image are the worst. They take your money and don't have space for your treatment. You guys need to close down or get your stuff together. I will never go there again. I advice anyone who wants a cooltone done don't pay. They want have an doctor til May or April. But they will take your money.. Watch them

Ideal Image Laser Hair Removal

I was pressured into a phone call and video chat to also pressure me into a sales pitch. I only agreed to paying thousands of dollars of 5 and 3-area hair removal package for both me and my partner because they said I was a perfect candidate for having light skin and dark hair, and they had some diamond something machine that's better than other cheaper places and that there'll be lifetime touchups guaranteed included. Of course once I graduate, the hair comes back, also, legs were included in my package which didnt include feet/toes, suddenly feet and toes are included in legs after i sign up, but of course i dont qualify. And the hair is not thin, its right back to what it used to be, and miraculously, I'm not in their lifetime program. And Worse, after already spending thousands of dollars just for the hair to come back after a month, they try selling me their lifetime program they claimed in the beginning would be included, for hundreds more alltogether. I feel scammed and I want my money back.

Desired outcome: Full refund or lifetime touchups for us both like they promised

Ideal Image Cool Scalpting

Terrible service, buyer beware, i was conned into cool scalpting, i signed up for other treatments i really want. I have been disputing these services for over 2 months, i want the services that i signed up for BUT NOT THE COOL SCALPTING. I have been asking them to please make the adjustments with no answers. This is $3000, they added to my account. I have called the 1-800 number to dispute these charges, i have went to the main office in Buffalo, still with no answers?

Please, help.. they won't see me, until i settle the $3000, they signed me up for. I am very upset. I want the services i paid for but not the CS, why can't they have follow thru, and take care of their loyal customers?

I need answers, read the fine print and make sure you know who you are dealing with. I think it's all about the numbers, they don't care about their customers wellbeing.

I am still waiting for answers and adjustments made to my account.

Illegal practices there. Not cool not fair.

I also signed up for coolscupting. It was bait and switch. 1/3 off for 8 units that online consult told me would be what I need. When I went for appt they told me I needed 16 but would not honor the 1/2 off pricing for 16 units total. Then after first rx on lower abdomen I discovered a deep quarter sized burn on my abdomen. Which took 2.5 months to heal. They then told me to get clearance from a dermatologist to continue. Dermotologist could not clear me. Then it became adversarial with them for a refund to the point where Elysee in the buffalo office insisted that it wasn't a burn but a suspicious mole. Back to the dermotologist. No mole, burn scar. Finally had my lawyer contact them in March. 6 months later no response. Next step is small claims court.

Ideal Image Unauthorized charges

I started with ideal image around March of this year. I went to one appointment, but then realised that this was not the best thing for me financially right now. So I started pushing back my appointments until I was told that I'm still charged despite not going to the appointment. Which makes no sense! So I then decided to give them a call to ask for a refund. "They don't do those unless a doctor told me not to continue the service." So I said ok. Then cancel my contract completely. I want these transactions to stop. They told me once that it was canceled. Then a month later I see another transaction. So I call back and tell them that they told me that it was canceled when it was not. They keep brushing this under the rug and beating around the bush and I'm furious. They've lied to me and the case manager they gave me, she constantly ignores my emails. They have stolen so much money from me and I want it to stop. What kind of business is this?! I do not recommend! Terrible people!

Desired outcome: I just want my contract to be canceled completely. Simple as that!
