Ideal Image

I responded to an ad for getting financed for cool sculpting and was approved for several areas. My first treatment was lower abs and it was extremely painful process and the result is a loose skin bib on my belly that was not present before. I canceled my appointments and asked to be refunded for the remaining treatments I will not be getting and Ideal Image said no they will not refund and offered a different service but refuse to refund the advance payment for services they will not be providing. This is a huge scam.

Beware of getting financed from Ally Lending for multiple service from Ideal Image because this company refuses to refund any patron who is unhappy with this treatment and then forces you to pre-payment for services you don't want.

I requested 6 sessions of cool sculpting under my chin. I was guaranteed results no matter what. What it did was the opposite. After the session are done, me and the nurse both agreed that it made my chin even fatter. They said this only happens in a few cases but I was NOT informed of this at all. Anywho, they promised a DR. would follow up with me for liposuction. It's been about 4 months and no one has contacted me. Eveytime I call and ask, they said they nurse will get back to me which never happens. At this rate, I believe this is a lost cause and ideal image has robbed me of $3k.
