This bank closes your account abruptly without notice or care of transactions with any probable cause of any kind! VERY weird practice for a bank & highly risky for a consumer looking for personal banking and a business looking for security and convenience. You are left with no explanation and a 1 month period (personal experience) before you receive the positive balance by check in the mail? and that's if they decide to send your money back in the mail by check. Cause if not, you have to go into a branch and file a petition for them to give you YOUR money back, that they have refused to give you after they (huntington bank) closed your account without warning or probable cause. This is a Terrible place to bank if your serious about your money being safe... Just Horrible

Recommendation: AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COST!!!! there are so many others to chose from

They just did my account the same way... only instead of not giving my money they denied the fraud that drained my account and also charged me 25 to expedite a new card but since they denied my claim for fraud they also charged me for over draft since there was no money left in my account... 3 times I have had fraudulent transactions on my account with them. The two previous have both been researched and found to be true and then the third time they denied me and then closed my account... ive had nothing but trouble and unknown fees with them the entire time and I feel like its my fault gor not getting out of there sooner...
