My checking account has been suspended 2 times now due to Huntington not approving purchases made on the “whatnot” app. I have called twice to have my account taken out of suspension, the second time I called, I was disconnected & it has not been fixed even though when I called the second time the supervisor had all my information and knew what was going on. The supervisor had my phone number to call back if we got cut off but never called back. I have had regular monthly bills get returned as “unpaid” to the companies due to my account being suspended. I have to pay these bills and I am being charged late fees because the bank has my account suspended.
Claimed loss: Total loss $60.00 plus late fees of $10Stress -no price you can put on that
Desired outcome: My account returned to not suspended plus claims lost. A direct apology for the bank continuing to do this.
