I'm disappointed cause iv bee using Huggies for 10 years and had no problems.My baby is 2 years of age and is itching and is wet cause the nappies is leaking every time he pees.And I mean iv been using it since birth and no problems but now using number 4 its really pissing me off with this wet nappies and I had 2 give out a lot of money cause I had to buy ointments for his bum.

This is the 2nd time where I have purchased a box of Huggies Gold for boys size 4 plus and then when I want to tie them the sticky sides tear off over the weekend I have had to throw away 4 nappies that I never even used... its ridiculous as its expensive and I cannot afford just to throw away un used nappies. What is the solution in such a situation I mean really its not on..

For threee years I have used only huggie products. Never had any problems till I bought the case of one and done wipes from sams club. EVER single one of my wipe cases are busted open on the bottoms. All the wipes are dry! Very disappointed. $18.99 for paper towels basically. The top two packages were fine. But the rest of the case are completely open, Dried. We have been purchasing huggies diapers for the past year because we like the comfort and support it gives our little one. The last box of huggies little movers 54 count diapers we purchased for $30 with tax, seemed to have tab defects. We have never come across this problem using this product. It's frustrating to spend out our money for a product because the buyer expects to get use from it. Also, this forces us to spend out more money on the product, while hoping NOT to cross the same product defect again. In hopes, we would like to receive some type of reimbursement. Who knew we would half to hold to the box and receipt when we made our purchase. I will next time! All the tabs seem to come off on the left of the diapers. I bought Huggies diapers it was almost 40$ with tax and the straps keep breaking I feel like you guys ripped me off and I want my money back all of it I just think it's messed up how you guys sell junk products I'm very frustrated because I don't get money and don't work at all and the money I do get I don't wanna throw away on junk diapers I've never had this problem before until I bought huggies diapers

Well I've been using huggies for my daughter ever since August 29 2017 when she was born and for some reason she keep like leaving jelly stuff on her I didn't think anything of it until she got a bad rash and I switched her diapers to pampers and now the rash is gone so what ever is in the diapers that turns to the jelly stuff is what caused her rash

Ever since Huggies changed the process for their rewards program, I have been saving my receipts (since late 2016). I must have had 50 or more. When I finally got my first smartphone and when my son became old enough to not need my constant attention, I sat down to enter my receipts. A day later I checked my email and to my dismay, Huggies notified me that my receipts were not valid because the products were not purchased within 30 days of the receipt submission. I wasted so much time meticulously saving/entering my receipts.
Nothing that I read in regards to the changeover said there would be a time requirement. I was never personally notified per my rewards account, before the changeover, that this would be a stipulation. When I called to complain the management team emailed me saying they would credit my account (a measly) 1500 points. When I checked my rewards account they only credited me 1000. I am livid over the whole situation and feel ripped off. I have been a loyal Huggies customer, only buying their diapers and wipes from the beginning for the last 2 1/2 years. I am considering not being a Huggies customer and will encourage others to follow suit...

These diapers are awful. They are the furthest thing from dry! My son has a pee blow out every three hours if I don't change him. They literally don't hold anything!not When we have put him in other brands they don't do that... He lasts all night long with no mess in Luvs. Not to mention, the Huggies leave those disgusting balls of the diaper material all over my son's skin. Soo not happy and wish I could get my money back from these horrible, not dry, diapers.

I was changing my son's diaper to get him ready for bed & the tab to close the diaper (out of a fresh sleeve of Huggies diapers) ripped off! Pulled out another diaper and the tab on the SAME SIDE of the second diaper ripped off as well! I wasn't pulling it hard or anything, just opening it to close it on my son. It just wasn't on properly on both diapers & came off really easily. I'm on fixed income. I don't have money to waste on [censor] made diapers.

Last year nov/dec 2017 I called about a box of huggies gold 4+ I purches at babies r us. All of them leaked and teared at the same place. The ladie I contacted took the numbers of the batch and dates and everything. She asured me that you would send me a new box of daipers but guess what Im still waiting for it to come. The call was recorded aswel? I had to go out and buy a new box.

40 diapers were stuck together and couldn't be used once separated! They had something hard like glue holding them together and were ruined when I pulled them apart. We buy huggies all the time and love your products so I thought you'd like to know 😊. Thank you for your time and we will continue to buy your products since this is are first ever problem.

I never bought buggies before. I saw they made a diaper that was made to keep babies dry at night. My daughter somehow ends up soaked in the morning, so I decided to give these a try. I bought these thinking they would keep my daughter dry at night. I put on a diaper and night and was soaked the next morning. The next day I used two diapers and still was soaked. They cost almost double than what I purchase and I got less. Never will buy again!

Last year the executives of huggies India approached us for for display offer and they said it's three months scheme and huggies will be issuing 4000rs for 3months totally 12000.so we accepted it and made display at my supermarket...we have signed the papers also... But we didn't get the payment still now... The executives cheated us... The name of the agency distributing huggies products to us is Swetha agency... I been buying your diapers and this time I spent $59 on your product for my twins and the diapers won't fasten missing the piece to stick I am very upset I have never had this happen to me on top of that I wasted my money! I had to go back out and try another brand and I don't know why but those diapers also had a very strong perfume smell to them not safe for 2 newborn babies

Usually I am very happy with Huggies Little Movers, it's the only diaper I will buy for my daughter, but with this last package I bought, I went to put the diaper on as usual, and the tab just came right off. I was unable to seal the diaper. Normally I wouldn't complain about something so small, but these diapers are not cheap, and I'd like to be able to use every one that comes in the package. Good evening. I was just wondering if you have ever stopped and thought about all the mom's who have lost their babies. Every time your commercial comes on it breaks my heart a little more. I gave birth to my on August 28 2017. He was born still . I know in Alberta alone there are 10, 000 babies lost a year. The number is very sad. I am glad your company gives all babies a hug.I just wanted you to think for a minute about all the babies who don't get that hug. The parents who have to be reminded of their list babies when Every time your commercials play. Maybe buggies should be the first company to have a dinner is for baby loss. In the time it took to write this email I have heard your commercial 3 times.

I just purchased a box of 186 Little Movers today - March 7th from Costco in Edmonton (91 Street) and when I got home and opened them there was a very strong chemical smell. I had the same diapers previously and didn't notice this. Makes me worry what's in your products. I always buy Huggies but now I'm not so sure if I should continue. These should be made for sensitive little bottoms.

Hello, I would like to make a complain about the series of Huggies diapers we bought here in Calgary, AB. We always bought for our twins and were satisfied with the quality, but this time something I believe from the production process went wrong :(
As soon as they are already with them in their bodies, starts leaking in the right side and the diaper is not even full and they are all wet and we need to change and than happen the same thing over and over. So I just believe it is a production problem because they leak at the same place.
The type of diaper is number 4, 22-17 Kg 96 diapers with the "fun Mickey designs"

I have been buying Huggies brand since I had my first born and the last box of diapers I purchased not only one diapers but multipul would not stay on my child. The sticky pieces that keep them on are not sticky. Therefor I can not use them. I am super upset and figured I would contact you to let you know I have had this issue. This happened a few months ago also but I didn't think to message you at the time. Now that it's happened again I'm upset.

I always hesitate to use Huggies because my oldest use to get terrible diaper rash with them, and yes switching brands solved the problem. I love the double velcro straps on the little movers though so I decided to give them another try with my youngest. Yesterday she started developing the rash so I made sure to be very prompt on changing her diaper so it wouldn't escalate. This morning it was red, within an hour she was bleeding. Absolutely ridiculous! This is a long standing issue. My children are 4 years apart. In 4 years they should have resolved the chemical burn issues.
