Terrible Experience with aBaby: Order Stuck in Limbo, No Customer Service Response
I gotta say, my experience with aBaby was pretty darn bad. I put in my order way back in February of 2023, and it's still stuck in "processing" limbo. I've tried reaching out to their customer service team both by email and phone, but it's like they're ghosts or something - no response whatsoever. I'm feeling pretty let down by this whole ordeal, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else take the risk of doing business with them. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your baby gear needs.
