I have used huggies diapers on both of my daughter and son and there grown.. Now I have a grandson and is 17 months old I have used huggies on him since he's was born and today he went up to a size 4 and I changed him today and he has busters on his bottom both sides..we have never had problems like this ever..I have used huggies for almost 30 yrs.

I have never in my life experienced this issue with huggies I purchased 2 cases of the huggies learning designs size 3t-4t 2 whole cases and 1st case I opened ha the Velcro missing off of all but about 5 pull-ups in the whole box out of 116 pull-ups now that's just ridiculous! So I opened the 2nd case they had a distinctive smell almost like a color dye smell or kind of close to a urine smell payed it no mind until my daughter started to get a rash on & around her private area the pictures are to graphic to even show them but I def called her doc made an appt and it was an allergic reaction to whatever it was needless to say I demand my money back for both boxes of pull-ups I am horrified by this I honestly think you guys should start to check ur products before they leave the facility because this is out of control! I demand a full refund for everything! Or else I will be contacting my lawyer! I had to go out and purchase another brand of pull-ups because I no longer trust huggies and most likely will not purchase them again!

Well I went and purchased some diapers from the store today which is July 21, 2018 and when I got home I had to change my daughters diaper and when I opened the package I found black stuff on the first handful of diapers. And of course I had to take them back and exchange them bc she had no more diapers. I checked the entire package and there were no rips or tears or holes on the outside of the package. I really hope something can be done about this.

I purchased huggies snug and dry for my foster child. First, I would like to say that the diaper is no where near snug and dry. I initially thought maybe I brought the wrong size so I got a size smaller the next time. These diapers do not hold much urine. I was a complete embarrassment to me at my family reunion where the diaper went through his the baby clothing and on to family members clothes. I was mocked and joked at for having cheap diapers. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed as huggies is not cheap at all.

I have always used Huggies diapers with my daughter since the days she was born. Now at 5 months I noticed she has a diaper rash that just keeps getting worse to the point her skin was peeling off. It looked as if she jas a sun burn with blisters. I recently changed to pampers & within the next diaper change the rash was no longer red with blisters. They need to be removed!

I am very disappointed in your products I've been using pampers with my son for awhile and a friend of mine told me about huggies because they are much cheaper so I thought I would give them a try only to become very upset my son had an allergic reaction to not only your wipes (sensitive skin) but also to your diapers the (snug and dry) which he had a rash all up his leg where the diaper crease is as well as his whole bottom to the point he had blisters and they were bleeding!
I just spent 28$ on a case at Walmart and just bought a whole case of wipes! Which honestly I was so disappointed to say the least because not only am I going to have to pay for a doctor visit but also now I have to spend more money for new brand of diapers and wipes and my son is in pain! Because his skin is so broke out and raw! I have to say I'm not a very happy customer with the services I have received!

I bought huggies diapers for my niece whom I've been carry for after I received a coupon by mail.
I usually use cheaper brands as I'm a fulltime student and single dad aswell. Bt since the coupon I decided to try Huggies. I change her regularly as I have researched how easily lil girls can get infections at even ages as young as herself. After about 3 days I noticed how she started grabbing at her diaper. After examination I noticed she was starting to get a rash. I thought maybe i needed to change her more often in which i did, bt the rash only got worse. I discontinued the use and switched back to parents choice and her rash went away?

Hello, I purchased a large case of Huggies Pull Ups and Huggies Overnights for my 2 year old and since I have been using them her skin has been extremely irritated as though she has sunburn. As soon as I changed the brand the rash went away. I am extremely upset because I have been reading that there are chemicals in your diapers that is causing the rash. I now have two cases of huggies, which I spent $50 and have no use for. If anyone has further questions, please feel free to contact me at [protected]. Thank u.

I bought a bag of Huggies Dry Comfort on Monday (9 July) night, when I got home I had to change my babies nappy, and as I was about to fasten the second velcro flap the entire flap came off...

this didn't perturb me much as I thought it was just a once off, I went and fetched a second nappy and attempted the change again and the same thing happened.

I wasnt using excessive force, I didnt yank it, infact I was even more careful with the second nappy and it just came right off in my hand

I have been too nervous to even try using any more of the nappies incase they break as well

I've wasted my money as Huggies is not exactly the most cost effective nappy. and now been wasting my time trying to get a half decent response

I do expect some form of recompense for this as well as an explanation on how this can possibly happen.
I also know for a fact that I am not the only person experiencing this - you can even see on my post on FB that another women is going through the exact same thing

Whats worse is that I have never experienced this with any of the other nappies I've bought - even the cheaper brands have held up better.

In addition to this, the lack of response/feedback is becoming ridiculous
I looked for an email address online, and could ONLY post a complaint via Facebook or Twitter, upon which I received a "copy-and-paste" response with an email address. The email address has an auto-response with a link attached, said link does not work.

I post again to Facebook advising of such - and received my first (and last) email from an actual human being.

Also - we have looked further into this bag of nappies and according to our observation and results ( 22 nappies were tested, and 11 broke) we can estimate that out of a bag of 66 nappies, approximately 33 will be damaged.. Giving us a failure rate of 1: 2.
Additionally, the FEW that I have actually managed to put on my little girl I have found that these nappies ride up my baby's bottom, hang and leak... absolutely the worst nappies I have ever encountered

When I followed up on the lack of communication I get yet another generic response that is absolutely shocking.

Can I please get a REAL person to respond and provide me with MUCH NEEDED feedback

I used huggies with my oldest son and used pampers with my other 2. I decided to try huggies again with my youngest son and I am very upset with how thin they are now. And leaks n sages every single diaper. I don't understand why they are so cheap made considering there price. Luv s is better. And cheaper. Hate that huggies have gotten so bad over the years

I am very disappointed in the product. I have been using pampers with my oldest son - now 3 and when my second son was born I have also started with pampers, but one of my friends told me that they use huggies and they prefer it. So I said I would try it. This is the second bag of Jumbo huggies I bought and I have to say I think that there is really a huge manufacturing fault with the diapers. I do not know if I am unlucky, but the left hand side that fastens keeps tearing off. It is brand new diapers, I have thrown away so many new diapers already because of this. I have kept a few if you want me to send them to you, but I have wasted R189. I would really like a refund for the diapers, but I do not have the bag and most of the diapers anymore as I have thrown it away. If a refund is not in order I understand but just wanted to make you aware of this fault with the diapers. Like I have mentioned, I have kept some, so can send them to you to analyze if you want to.

We just bought huggies and we have always bought huggies. We also buy from costco and are satisified bought the same brand from Walmart and are paper thin. My daughter has had it on for 30 min it is sagging and beads are forming from the diaper. I am very mad at how thin they are for being quality diapers. We pay good money and for them to be under quality and baby having to wake up in the middle of the night just because they arent holding it in like they say they are supposed to is horrible

This is the 3rd attempt at trying these diapers for my daughter and the 3rd time she has what appears to be a chemical burn. Previously I thought it was a coincidental diaper rash but this past week was the very worst. I am in pain for my baby as she has burns to the point of bleeding. Within 24 hours of switching back to her regular diapers this has improved drastically. However, it is still the very worst I have seen on her. I am a pediatric emergency room nurse which makes me feel like a knowledgeable consumer. I can assure you at this point that it was the Huggies Snug n' Dry brand diapers that caused this burn.
The little movers do not seem to cause the same burn but I am very very hesitant to try them on her again. As I said, this is not a small diaper rash. This is a blistered and bleeding area on my little girl. I am very upset with myself that I attempted the snug n' dry again thinking it was not them previously.
I am unsure what I am expecting in the way of compensation, but I have heard a few other incidents of these diapers causing rashes and burns and am unsure how the company has not addressed this. The damage they cause simply can not be resolved with a coupon so please do not auto reply to this message. I would like to know what is in these diapers that could possibly cause the burn and rash to my baby so that I can stay away from it in future products.

Yesterday I bought Huggies wonder pants - pack of 56 from the nearby store and tried using them for my 1 year old baby. But soon after my baby urinated it started leaking. Again the same occurred when i used it next time too.

I have bought it for the first time and very much disappointed with the product. It would be much helpful if someway to regain the money paid. I have taken only 2 diapers from the pack of 56. I have the bill along with me as well.

I purchased a case of Huggies Snug & Dry size 2 from Meijer. Half of the diapers that were in the case will not stay connected at the tabs. I had to go and purchase my daughter another pack of diapers from CVS. I am experiencing the same issue with these diapers as well. This is very disappointing to me with this product. I used Huggies for my oldest daughter and didn't have these issues. I hate to switch to Pampers but honestly who can afford to keep wasting diapers?

We have alway bought huggies for my son since he was born 2 1/2 years ago, but out of the last couple bags we've bought have had the tabs completely come off one side. We can't afford to replace diapers not used. I really don't want to switch now. Due to he was born at 2.15 pounds and has sensitive skin.

I bought a box of 108 from the superstore in Duncan BC, and they all seem to be hardened somehow. Although they are in 4 seperate sealed packages, they are all hardened. This is very inconvenient as we do not have transportation and couldnt get back to the store to exchange them, so my poor son has had to deal with wearing cement diapers for the last 2 days. I will be bringing the box back tomorrow, but I wanted to make a formal complaint. Is this a common thing? What may have caused it? Should I be concerned about what may be on them? I have 2 little ones in diapers, and I am a huggies lover over any other diaper brand, but I do not want to have this happen again. It is extremely disappointing, and I feel bad for my son having to wear them for any amount of time. Looking forward to your response.

Hi hello I just wanted to let you guys know that I bought your huggies swimmers for my four-year-old son I put them on him yesterday and we got in the pool and about an hour later he was complaining about inside of his legs itching so I took him out and he was all broke out and had whelps on the inside of his legs, the pull up had burned really bad. This had actually happened to one of his cousins last year. It would be great for someone to look into this and do some testing to find out what is causing this to happen.

Been buying Huggins since my baby was born and she just turned 2...I recently stopped using Huggins 6 months ago because they are thin now and leak.. I tried to buy another pack a few days ago to try using them again but soon as my baby urinated one time the inside of the diaper was coming apart all over her skin.. Not satisfied with Huggins at all anymore

First I would like to start out saying how much I love huggies I have used them for all 4 of my kids and are currently using them for my 1 year old. The complaint I have is that whenever I go to pull out one diaper, because of the extra fastener purple velcro stuff about 4 or five come out. Aww so annoying when you are trying to juggle a baby in one hand and just want one diaper it's no good. Then they are just all over the place and you can't get them to stacked nicely again. Anyway I guess the extra fastener is good but with my last 3 kids I really didn't need extra they were fine the way they were.
