On 10-25 23 I was told verbally I was being refused because I was trying to use my $7.00 Rewards coupon from App it was 2:30 In the afternoon. I ask name she refused and left. I frequent store when I am in that plaza their are a few different places to eat and the customers rudeness before but I didn't report but When I ask are you refusing to serve me she did say yes. She had shorter black hair no makeup and she made her decision after talking to kitchen. I ordered the eggs Benedict and ask for hash browns crispy and she stated it's usually cooked as pictured and the actual picture did show crispy
