My firm has been with Regus and its related company, International Workplace Group (IWG), for 12+ years. Horrible customer service. Near impossible to speak to anyone with authority to resolve issues. For example, we've been on autopay for our monthly invoices for virtually the entire time. Recently I overlooked that our credit card expiration date wasn't updated, so a monthly charge didn't go through. When I noticed that we were overdue, I paid the overdue monthly charge, updated our credit card expiration date, & emailed the Regus helpdesk asking that the $34.37 late charge be waived. I received a form response saying no. After 12 years with Regus. Pathetic.
Also, at our location, the front desk personnel have a high turnover rate, resulting in poor service. It’s been nearly impossible to have the front desk consistently follow our instructions on how to handle our calls, our visitors, etc. As a result, we gave up on Regus handling our phone calls years ago, and switched to an automated system. Also, a substantial percentage of the time, the front desk isn’t staffed.
We’ve stayed with Regus/IWG because we’re afraid that a move might cause us to lose customers, but we’re re-evaluating that decision now.
Regus/IWG doesn’t value its customers. It has horrible customer service. It has a high personnel turnover rate. I do not recommend Regus/IWG.
