HP poor service

Hi,

I would like to lay a complain about the poor service I have recently received from both Vodacom and HP. I took out a Tablet contract by Vodacom. Not even a month old and the camera stopped working. I immediately go to Vodacom with the hope that the will sort this problem out for me and they rather give me a number to phone of HP because apparently I have to deal directly with HP to sort out the Tablet i Have on contract with Vodacom and Not HP. Fine enough I contact HP and the assist me in getting a form etc to get the device fixed or replaced. They dont give me proper guidelines as to where it should be replaced at nothing. I then go back to Vodacom with the Tablet in its packaging, everything required to replace the Tablet, and they tell me that they cant replace the product, I must go to HP or they should collect it from me. I have NO cooking clue where HP is etc so how must i replace the device? I then contacted Both HP and Vodacom, complaining about this poor service of them and request that they terminate the contract. Vodacom tells me that I have to pay an amount due to the contract being prematurely terminated. I asked them why i should pay for a device that doesnt even work. I just feel that it is NOT my duty as paying customer to sort out a device which I took on contract from Vodacom being the service provider and HP. It is not my duty to sort out a faulty device I got from Vodacom on my contract. I am fed up and don't know what else to do and feel that my last resort is to take this matter to Radio 702. To me this is unacceptable how I have to sort out the mess Vodacom and HP caused.

HP warranty

On March 11, 2014 I bought an HP Pavilion x2 tablet from HH Gregg but when I plugged the unit in I saw that the warranty had expired. So I did not pay it any mind because I bought a warranty service plan as well. On May 16, 2014 I called the service company about fixing the product and the informed me that my extended service plan was no good because they sold me a computer without an original warranty. i called the store where I bought the product and talked to the supervisor and was letting him know of the problem so after going back and forth for 30 minutes because Every time he feed me a lie about how they don't sell items without a factory warranty, I will prove him wrong with documentation from HP. The supervisor got frustrated and told me to F**** myself and hung up the phone. As little do he know this is not over because I will be going to the store in the morning and talking to the GM, I hope that get me some where, if not I will be calling the BBB.

Bottom line do not shop at HH Gregg...

HP sold used one as new printer

I bought a HP all in one printer 5520 from Futureshop.ca in April 2013 with 1 year manufacturer warranty. Recently when I called HP support desk for troubleshooting since scan was not working and I could not print email attachment. I was told by HP support that the serial # I gave them was in their system and warranty was already expired, whereas my printer should have warranty till mid April, 2014. They also said I probably was sold a used printer as new one by Future Shop. When I called futureshop.ca to my astonishment, I was told it was my responsibility to check the printer when I received to find out if it was new or used. I ask to speak to their supervisor 3 times and each time they put me on hold for 20-30 minutes till I hang up. They have worst customer service and their staff and managers lack courtesy and there is no accountability for their action. So I paid almost $100 and have been left with no warranty and useless printer..

HP started hazzy lines and went bad within 4 months, accepted for repair but not completed within 2 months and requestint two more months now

I bought hp monitor from lulu center here in muscat. It went bed within 3 to 4 months with hazy lines coming on the monitor and faded colors. I submitted to hp service center. They initial requested two months for repair and now two more months. Total 4 months. Actually still not sure about delivery. They have redingote as their local repair service company. They expressed their helplessness. My job card number with them is 1640734. My question is 1) how hp can provided such poor quality products ? 2) how can they don't have spares with them ? 3) how it is possible for any one to live without a computer screen without more than 4 months.In my opinion they should simply regret rather than requesting a time of 4 months.

HP RESELLS OLD PARTS IN NEW HARDWARE! We bought a new laptop. It crashed out of the blue. The Event Viewer history went all the way back to 2011. We have someones old hard drive. I didn't find anything unlawful on it, thank goodness. HP sent software for a hardware problem. There is a clause in HP's warranty that allows them to do this. My wife feel it's her fault because she bought it as a christmas gift for me. She's not blame, HP is.

I want to tell u a new thing for your best knowledge in future that HP/CROMA TEAM was a fake company who sold 3rd class repaired products and manupulate the public.
I made a very big mistake in future that I purchased a new h
HP laptop cost 35k. From the purchase date 30/03/13 I was in trouble. sumtyms laptop speakers get defected sumtyms there was a window problem, touch pad is not working and many more...they send their engineer for repairing and the gud thing is he don't knw dat how to work on windows8.
Atleast 5times I get my laptop repaired by them but still the result is zero.
I request to all my friends that in future don't purchase products from HP/CROMA TEAM.
And also inform to others like relatives, friends, etc for better support

HP poor product

Bought 3 x HP Officejet Pro 8500A (A910a) printers. These printers were bought at around R1800 each. The Training Centre need a high quality printer to print the certificates we issue to our clients.

On Monday, 7 October 2013, I suddenly started experiencing a problem with one of the 8500A printers (CN171CM581) I personally use. I kept on getting a message from the printer instructing me to clear a paper jam. There was no paper jam. Obviously, it was a false paper jam message. I took the printer to the local agents. They informed me that they must send the printer to HP to have a look. The other two printers were still working fine. I took another HP Officejet 8500A (CN171CM54Z) and started using it while my first HP printer was in for repairs.

On Wednesday, 9 October 2013, I receive a call from the local agents informing me that the printer was no more under guarantee. One year have expired since it was bought and the only explanation could be that the responsible person at the training centre did not do her job and register the printers on the internet as she was supposed to do!. The local agents further informed me that they receive a quotation from HP that it would cost around R2900.00 to repair the printer. I nearly blow my top!. How could it cost R1100.00 more to repair the printer than it originally cost!.

On Thursday morning, 17 October 2013, the second HP Officejet Pro 8500A (CN171CM54Z) printer I was now using, suddenly gave the exact same message and refused to work any further. That is when I personally started to make calls to find out what was going on. I went onto the net and started looking around to see if other people also have the same problem. O Boy! What a surprise, the net is full of complaints and yes I got my answer. Suddenly the remark made by the lady I spoke to during my first call to Ensure Service (HP appointed service agents - Gauteng) made a lot of sense. She said that this was a common problem with this printer but refuse to speak any further except that I must get into my car and bring the printer in for repairs. Hello, I am just 400km from Ensure Services in Lichtenburg, North West Province!

It also became clear that something must have broken. I realise that I am the only person in the office that started using the 2-side printing feature on the printer. I only started using this feature about 3 weeks ago. Obviously that must be part of the problem – this printer do have this feature but due to a factory flaw this printer can’t handle this feature and that is why the part (plastic gear) is breaking. Because nobody else in the office is using the 2-sided printing option the last printer is still going strong! I instructed them not to even try using this special feature.

My question is what now? Clearly this is a flaw of the printer or the flaw plastic gear. Why must we, the customer now be penalised for a bad product when the 2-sided printing option is clearly marked as a main feature of this printer. How are we going to solve this matter? HP cannot expect their customers to pay for the repairs of a product that was clearly flawed from day one and cannot handle a feature that is used as a selling point for this specific printer.

Never in my life an HP product again!

HP the terrible exprience with hp technical support servis in turkey

In sep. 2011, I bought a hp pavilion dv6 3120 notebook which has i7 processor. The product didnt make me happy. It has excessively heating problems. Even if no application is open on the notebooks desktop, its main board and cpu are working on 75 degrees and above. When you open some apps like explorer, product temperatures are reaching 90 degrees. Due to high heating problem, its fan is always working noisy. Its keyboard is warming much over than normal that makes the product not confortable for using.
In scope of product guaranty of my notebook, I sent my notebook 5 times for this problem to hp technical service in turkey. At the end of each services they sent back the product which is written & ldquo;they find and solve the problem” service operation note attached. But the same problem is still going on. Unhappily, it appears like they sent back the product with doing nothing. After those insoluble process I called hp call center and explained my complain an authorized personnel again. She told me, there is notting to they can do. Do you think the answer meaningful?

HP hp computer dealers liars and cheaters

Just want to bring into notice the kind of service I am getting from HP COMPUTERS.
Who ever is reading this post I would not recommend any HP product to anyone.
There dealers cheat people by providing wrong information to sell HP PRODUCTS.
As I was cheated by one of their dealer TECHSMART SYSTEMS PVT.LTD SALES OFFICE 1/122 GF, SHANKER ROAD OLD RAJINDER NAGAR NEW DELHI 110060. EMAIL ID:[protected]@rediffmail.com PH:[protected] [protected] who sold me HP SLATEBOOK X2 by telling me that it would give me 10 hrs as per my requirements but its only giving me 4 to 5 hrs of battery back. Their after sales service is even worst because after complaining to them several times they are not doing anything. They are forcing me to believe that there is no problem with their product and they cannot do anything about the DEALER wrong doing

Just want to bring into notice the kind of service I am getting from HP COMPUTERS.
Who ever is reading this post I would not recommend any HP product to anyone.

I would really appreciate your help and involvement in this matter because after talking to the HP technical team person (Paul Amalraj) and( Girija TS) Customer Relations Case Managar Email id: girija.[protected]@hp.com Tel: +080-[protected] Hewlett-Packard Company Bangalore - 560066 Karnataka, India) I was highly disappointed because they kept on saying that there is no problem and no manufacturing defect in our product and I will have to live with the fact that my HP slatebook x2 tablet will only give me around 2 to 3 hrs as a stand alone tablet and 5 to 6 hrs with keyboard attached where as per the dealer TECHSMART SYSTEMS PVT.LTD SALES OFFICE 1/122 GF, SHANKER ROAD OLD RAJINDER NAGAR NEW DELHI 110060.EMAIL ID:[protected]@rediffmail.com PH:[protected] [protected] salesman who sold me this product told me that it would give me 10 hrs with keyboard attached.

HP hp computers worst after sales service

This is to inform that not only your dealers cheat people by giving wrong information about HP product to sell HP products but your customer care service is even worst. Today I got a call from your Customer Relations Case Manager (GIRIJA TS) (EMAIL ID: girija.[protected]@hp.com) regarding my complain for HP SLATEBOOK X2 POOR BATTERY LIFE She is telling me that nothing can be done about your complain. SHE called me at 2:43 pm on 25/9/2013 and told me now nothing can be done about this now you also know that no tablet can give 12 to 14 hrs of battery backup. Then after argueing with her about the misleading information given to me by HP dealer TECHSMART SYSTEMS PVT.LTD SALES OFFICE 1/122 GF, SHANKER ROAD OLD RAJINDER NAGAR NEW DELHI 110060 about the battery back GIRIJA TS told me that has the dealer given me in writing that the tablet would give me 12 to 14hrs of battery backup or given me any specs sheet regarding this I said no but I am sure of this that their salesman said sir I can confirm you that the tablet will give you between 12 to 14 hrs of battery backup. I also told her that good battery back is the main criteria for me to buy the HP SLATEBBOK X2 tablet. Then she told me sorry sir we cannot do anything about this now and put my phone on hold and 2 to 3 mins disconnected my phone.
This is really very nice on HP COMPUTERS behalf how they treat their customers complain by doing these things calling them and telling them that nothing can be done about their complain and putting their phone on hold.

I would like to file a complain against HP Customer Relations Case Managar Girija TS(Email id: girija.t-s@hp.com Tel: +080-[protected] Hewlett-Packard Company Bangalore – 560066 Karnataka, India). I got a call from her on (25/9/2013 at 5:44 pm) against my complain for the wrong information given to me regarding the battery life by HP computer dealer TECHSMART SYSTEMS PVT.LTD SALES OFFICE 1/122 GF, SHANKER ROAD OLD RAJINDER NAGAR NEW DELHI 110060 to sell HP computer product HP slatebook x2 on 3/8/2013. She was not customer friendly, was very rude and defensive and was not listening to problem and was constantly saying that nothing can be done about my complain and now I have to live with the poor battery life of the slatebook x2. She had poor listening skills and was augmentative and aggressive. She conferenced me with the dealer from whom I bought the slatebook x2 and both of them were arguing with me and were not understanding my concern. I cannot interact with her now because she is constantly suppressing my voice over her voice and telling me now you have bought the product and nothing can be done and I should stop complaining about this matter. Could you please assign someone more mature and professional who knows how to talk to their customers. I am extremely disappointed at your service ethics and unprofessional behavior .As a next step, I do not like this product, could you please give me a refund?

with regard i want to inform you that - i have purchased notebook- HP envy m6 1214tx from adress asia infotech, new delhi, india. My Serial Number: CND3230NY2 . sir i got offer from hp of printer and also given demand draft for particular model of printer and registersd as Hp offer. and Now, they ARE GIVING ME FALSE INFORMATION THAT there is
non serviceable location by blue
dart. And it become 2 months (too much time) and i have not recived offer till now .
There is no place in india that will take 2 month time to be deliver
of any carepack . and now they are changing the model of printer and sending it to me i have emailed 3 times not to change the model that i have registered and given demand draft, and please do not change it by

HP complain of new hp laptop purchased.

Dear sir,

I have purchased a hp laptop no hp laptop 15-e034tx with sr. no.5cd3251dz7 on 17/08/2013 for rs 38900 / - from hp authorized dealer - m/s dream electronics distribution & services, gandhinagar
(gujarat). the dealer has promised us that the said laptop is recent launch by hp and very fast with excellent battery backup of 3-4 hours.
But after we purchased & taken at home it has been found that backside battery cover was found in damaged condition. I have immediately informed m/s dream electronics about the defect & requested to replace the piece. but, they have said that we will book your complain to hp company, and as soon as we get confirmation from hp, we will inform you. so, I have left laptop with them
But till today nothing has been heard from m/s dream electronics. hence it is requested to pl. take prompt action to replace defective / damaged laptop with new laptop as early as possible.

HP I hate hp

Product name: hp pavilion ultrabook 14-b003tx
I bought a hp sleekbook boo3tx on 20th march. From very first day it had software problems then within 15 days I had a hardware problem of touchpad. I asked them to replace my laptop but they just repaired my laptop opened it and replace only touchpad. Still it was not working then they kept my laptop in service centre for 2 weeks. After this I had problem with graphic card for which they again did not replace my new laptop but changed my motherboard. Still it was not working and again instead of changing the laptop they changed motherboard again... But my my graphic card is again not working... I am fed up to calling them 2 to 3 hrs everyday. HP computer repair and customer service

I had purchased a HP Probook 4530s in August of 2012 with my financial aid, and I must say a great computer but in Feb of 2013, this year my video and audio went out. Completely. I contacted HP because I knew my warranty covered this issue. I talked to them and the next day they had a box at my door with a note to put my laptop, battery, and charger in the box...I did, the next day shipped it off. Well should of been fixed right? No. 4 days later I receive my laptop back from HP in worse conditions. Here is a list of everything missing.

Keyboard
RAM
Memory
Disk Drive
Back Panel of my laptop (even the screws)
To anyone this is unacceptable. I contacted HP furious. They called me a liar and told me I send it in that way, when I didn't. Then they openly admitted to lying about it cause they told me they opened it up and found "bug poop" in it. Basically my case went on for over a month, and randomly they call me one day and say we can't help you in this case, told me they weren't doing anything for it, and hung up on me. So now I have a 750.00 computer in a box. That I can't do anything with because HP won't help me when they did it.

My brother purchased for me on April 10 for my birthday an HP notebook (laptop) computer model 2000, (product # D1E88UA#ABA ). I have had nothing but trouble with it. I called the HP Technical support and dealt with Javier who recommended I send it in for repair since it's under warranty. HP provided a box and postage and I sent it in. Received it back 2 weeks later with the same issues. A week later I contacted Javier at HP again, this time for the same 3 issues and an additional one. The additional issue was repaired, but not the other 3 issues. Was told by Javier to fax him my receipt, and after obtaining a duplicate from Best Buy ( where it was bought) I faxed him the receipt. Have not heard from him since, and every time I call HP customer support or technical support, Javier is conveniently not there but will call me. This runaround has been going on for 1 1/2 weeks now. He also told me that he was going to try to get his boss to send me a NEW laptop which also has not happened. I am totally disgusted by a terrible product with very subpar customer service and am advising everyone I know and consumer protection sites as to my horrendous experience with Hewlett Packard

HP scam

DO NOT CALL THESE ###! They take your credit card info and then POUND your card multiple times for fees they were NEVER authorized to charge even ONCE! When I called them about their bogus charges, they said they need 10 days to two weeks to due an internal investigation! No case # no info was given to me they just HUNG UP with me in mid sentence...this is a classic CC SLAM scam used buy long distance carriers back in the day when these scummy sales people would call and switch your service to their company without authorization...I knew better than to buy any HP product because of their terrible performance (printers)...but don't call their Service Dept. YOU WILL BE CHARGE FOR WORK YOU DON'T AUTHORIZE ON PRODUCTS THAT ARE STILL UNDER WARRANTY! These are the types of incidents that have so many people vilifying all BUSINESSES in our country...so it's important we single out and then steer clear of those Corp./Businesses that are truly unprofessional and unworthy of consumer support...HP is one of them! To the little HP punk who thinks he made a nice commission off me...I hope our call was truly recorded...because you should be out of a job!

I also was and am a victim and they keep trying to withdraw from my credit card even though they couldn't fix my laptop and I no longer have it. My credit card company is working with me to handle this and they call their actions FRAUD since they keep trying to get their money by using different names other than HP remote services. BUYER BEWARE

HP product/customer service

purchased a HP Compaq cq2025 computer from staples on March 26 2012. Within weeks the hard drive went and I took it back to staples to be sent away for repairs. When I got it back it never ran as fast and it was a bit glitchy. But nothing I could not live with, but I feel it was most likely repaired with recondition parts. At the beginning of march 2013 the computer once again stopped working altogether and once again took it back to staples to be sent for repairs, this time it was the hard drive once again and the motherboard. Since my warranty was about to expire, and given that the computer was a lemon and something was causing the hard drive to fail I was forced to purchase a 2 year extended warranty from staples. The computer is still not running as it was when new. I called hp customer support, and explained to no less than 10 different operators and was shuffled and transferred from person to person, till I finally refused to explain again what the problem was. I then requested an email for head office and was told there was not one, ODD that a computer co. has no email. I asked for a phone number to head office, apparently there is not a number. So I explained for the 11th time how I was forced to purchase an extended warranty from staples and that H.P. should have extended the warranty on a computer that was obviously defective from the start. I was told to return my warranty to staples for a refund as it did not cover replacement parts and i would have to pay extra for things like hard drives ect should any part need to be replaced as my staples warranty did not cover such things, I was repeatedly told that for 79.99 I could purchase and 1 year extended warranty from H.P. but The offer was only good at that moment and it was a special price for me alone. The rep was insistent and yelling at me with the special offer. I finally had to hang up. With no resolution. I then called staples very upset about the fact that my warranty did not cover parts, only to find out I was lied to by the rep. As it turned out my warranty was for 2 years cost only 64 dollars and covered everything including parts also, should the computer fail in year 2 of the warranty I would be given 300 dollar credit towards a new computer. So the rep. flat out lied about no email for head office, no phone number and also lied about my staples warranty in order to get me to purchase a H.P. warranty for more money and covering only 1 year. Was also told that out of 10, 000 computers they make one faulty one, that it happens, and so sad for me that I was the one who had the bad luck to get it. The computer is still not running right but H.P. does not stand behind their product and have the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I will never purchase any thing from h.P. again and will tell any one who will listen, not to but if they do they better hope nothing ever goes wrong with it and they never have to call H.P. customer support
