Received email on 24/02/26 saying unit received with customer induced damage but no further in formation .No photographs of damage were attached. Further investigation revealed that the display was damaged. We disputed the damage was caused by us, but was in fact transport damage. Despite your specialist packing being used.. We have complained verbally on 5 occasions but no follow up. numerous call backs have been promised but not received. attached photo shows PC in specialist packaging undamaged before transport
Desired outcome: Replacement pc, as the original has suffered heavy transport damage. The original hardware fault occurred less than three months after purchase.

I have a similar story. Read mines. HP broke my PC twice in the same month and then said it was modified to avoid giving me a student an upgrade.
