HP - unauthorized use of debit card

July 2nd, 2019, I put an online order in that totaled $207.20. The order did not arrive on time. I called and someone named Linda put in an order for a Saturday delivery. However, the order totaled $438.51. I did not reconcile my bank account as my family takes priority and needed my attention. I woke this morning 8/13/2019, and found a charge for $406.41 with and for nothing since only today did I find the other inflated charge. After spending more than 8 hours of my time on the phone every department, representative, being put on hold, told by the operator that they "were not allowed to put through calls to the executive staff", etc.. And now at 5:30pm on 8/13/2019 I am told that even they could not prove I did not get what they charged me for, they were going to keep the money they stole. Specifically, Mr. Dion J. Weisler (or Weifler as in the other website, whose last known address is 30 Fawn Street, Hillsboro, CA, who reported income of $19, 215, 534.00 feels he is too important to take phone calls from peasants like us who pay his enormous salary, bonuses and also pays for him to share his work time on the board of many other companies, is from Australia. He and the other "executive" staff feel no need to participate in the day to day transactions of Hewlett-Packard. In essence, I am wondering if the $627.72 of mine that was stolen out of my account...

HP - refurbished junk fixed with junk

I bought a refurbished HP Pavilion dv6-6135dx from Tigerdirect.com in November and it has been nothing but trouble:. When I tried to plug in the HDMI the computer went dead, . I sent it back for the 90 day warranty service and they replaced the motherboard and video card'. It came back working with the front bezel near the power button not fully seated but otherwise working fine, .

Now warranty dead in January the computer has started stuttering while browsing the internet or listening to mp3's". While stuttering the music or sound becomes static and un-listenable|. I lifted up the laptop to see if I could hear anything odd and the exhaust fan makes a whirring sound like a lightsaber!. My buddy bought the same one and uses his for gaming while I use mine browse the web and SSH with putty". They sold me a LEMON or didn't fix the apu cooler right and won't even open an internet chat with me because my warranty expired! Foul play!

HP - hp pavilion dv9000

I purchases a HP Pavilion DV900 about 1.5 years ago. The company knew the laptop had a design flaw. Long story short, HP WANTS THE CUSTOMER TO PAY TO FIX A PROBLEM THEY KNEW EXISTED AT PURCHASE.

This laptop cost about 1400 dollars and is now a piece of junk.

In my research I learned they have other issues just as this one with other laptops.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER HP PRODUCT.

THIS COMANY IS SO BIG IT DOES NOT CARE IF IT HURTS ITS CUSTOMERS.

HP - bad cusotmer service and bad tech service

I spoke with Sam, a case manager who handles my complaint. He promised he would call within a hour. It’s been 3 hours and I haven’t received a call back from HP. Also, the Executive relations office representatives were very rude to me. Their names are Deborah and Patty. Patty refused to give out her name when I asked her several times. What kind of customer service is this? Also, my correspondence with [protected]@MAIL.SUPPORT.HP.COM was not productive at all. They kept on asking the same questions over and over again. They never offered any help by sending out my unit to be checked and fixed. This only happened last night when I spoke with Jet. There are a lot of inefficiencies in how the process works. If only I had know what my options were then I wouldn’t have wait for this long.
I have attempted to resolve this problem with HP so many times and they only told me last night that I need to send this unit for repair.I feel frustrated because I corresponded with them since April about the problem but because they are using other employees from other countries like the Philippines and India, I guess there was a communication gap gping on. They also asked me questions and I have attempted to trouble shoot but my screen is still shaking. I have attempted to resolve this issue so many times. Too many times that i can't even remember how many times I have sent emails, done trouble shooting while chatting and so many
other means just to fix the problem. I am a current graduate student and I need a lap top.
I am so annoyed by my screen shaking all the time. My eyes is already strained and I even went to the Dr. no one offered me to send it According to your website, one of your values is passion for customers. It states “We put our customers first in everything we do.”
Customer loyalty
We earn customer respect and loyalty by consistently providing the highest quality and value.

I was promised for a warranty extension but never received an email. I was promised a box so I can send my non functioning laptop, but I never received it. What kind of customer service is this? I am so upset. All my concerns were not resolved.

I would like to file a complaint against HP and my case manager April. She sent me boxes with reinforcements that can't fit the laptop. She sent me 3 boxes to ship it back to the HP but all the inserts were not fitting right. so i shipped it unsecurely. she said if my comp gets damaged then she will replace the whole thing.

no return stckers on the box
fed ex refused to give me the labels
promised me`an email for extended warranty
promised me new adapters and battery

It took me 2 weeks to get my new Pavillion dv8 up and running because of all the software and data that I had to transfer. I was using the computer for 3 weeks (total of 5 weeks in my home) and it died. I paid for in house IT. They couldn't help me over the phone and then refused to come out to fix my computer. They insisted that I mail it back so they could do a system recovery and/or replace the motherboard. Oh, and they said "back up all your data first".

OK, my brand new computer is dead, you can't/won't help, and now you tell me to somehow miraculously back up my data on a dead computer?

They refused to give me a refund siting a 3 week return policy. I'd only been using the computer 3 weeks but they count from the minute the computer is left on your doorstep. No excuses, no rational thinking, no exceptions. They expect me to not work for 4 to 6 weeks because they make defective equipment and avoid returns with an unreasonable return policy. Then they have incompetent IT people who know nothing and refuse to put you through to management.

Using my old Dell, I researched the problem myself and a lovely geek on YouTube showed me how to fix the "dead" issue. Then 3 hours on the phone with HP's IT to try to fix all the other issues that they made worse and they caused even more problems. There is no one to talk to when IT is the problem. If you call HP's corporate HQ, the operators screen out any and all consumers so that executives never ever need to hear a complaint.

Even refusing to pay may AMEX bill did no good. AMEX gets too much income from HP sales on their credit cards to force HP to honor their warranty for in home repair, for IT service, or even to stand by their product. I'm stuck with a bad computer, IT service that is less than useless- it's destructive, and no where to go.

HP has perfected the ultimate consumer rip off.

HP - hp ipaq 910 defective gps quick connection

The $500 hp ipaq 910 business communicator is a windows mobile smartphone with built-in gps. Like previous models of hp phones with gps, the ipaq 910 depends on downloaded ephemeris* data so that it can decode data from the gps satellites quickly. Failure to have current ephemeris data means that the phone will take 20 minutes or longer to decode gps coordinates. Hp provides a utility program, gps quick position, to download the ephemeris data, however the program does not operate correctly. Hp customer support says their engineers are aware of the problem but that no fix and no estimate of time to repair is available. Requring 20 minutes or more to decode gps coordinates makes that function unusable, like taking 20 minutes for the phone to turn on, or 20 minutes to start an automobile. The delay is so long that the function not usable for its intended purpose. It is poor judgement on the part of hp to not recognize this problem with the gps as a defect and sufficient cause to return the product for exchange or refund.
