Honda Motor review: breach of personal data

We bought a Honda City in Sutera Johor Bharu (JB) Malaysia in 2013. We sold our Honda City and bought Honda HRV in July 19 from Kah Motor JB, Malaysia. However, the new owner - Mr. Aziz of my old Honda City went to Sutera JB & obtained my wife's hp numbers & called my wife on 26 Aug 19. He at first asked my wife on car condition at 11am and subsequently kept sending voice mail and whatsapps to my wife till 8pm including his own photo. I kept the old Warranty book with me, thus, the only way to get the hp numbers must be from Sutera & Aziz also admitted on 27 Aug 2019 that he got the numbers from Sutera. How can Sutera JB gave my wife's hp numbers to a stranger? This is Private information and subject to Personal Data Law and it is a breach of personal data. Also, I want to complaint on Mr. Iqbal, Customer Service Mgr from Sutera JB. His attitute is arrogant and push away responsibility. On 27 Aug 2019, I complaint to Honda Malaysia and Honda Malaysia (Mr Nasri) after one week of investigation told me they could not do anything. How to buy car from Honda Malaysia in the future?
