Home Depot gas grill lost - 5 calls to get it delivered by on-trac - online order wa44091606

Ordered a gas grill on-line November 23rd which was scheduled to be delivered November 26th. After more than 5 calls to your customer service, it appeared the shipment was lost and I never got any new schedule of tracking which still indicates "will deliver on the next day - in transit" by your On-Trac supplier (which is the most "unreliable" carrier I ever seen. After all complaints I did with your customer service, they were in touch with them to trace my package, they always confirmed they would ship next day, but they never did. (See tracking C12606424243277).

This carrier hurts your reputation. Final complaint I issued was November 28, in which I took time to explains what was going on with the delivery of that gas grill. Your employee, Yakima Johnson, issued a case # [protected], November 30th, stipulating I had to call or text for delivery, which I already did on 5 occasions, but my order never got updated by your carrier. I added pictures to show that order was lost somewhere and there was anything I can do to get my delivery. I was so frustrated that I took the time to detail what happened and that I got that impersonal letter.

I told her I wouldn't call one more time, because I did every effort (and more) to get delivery of this damn gas grill. I asked her that Home Depot do their job, that she ship me another one and that she makes arrangement with your carrier. By the way, on my letter, I told Home Depot that I had no phone number, no email address, I mean there was no way that I can contact your carrier or Home Depot customer service to be able to get my order delivered.

When I hear your advertising to order online, this is absolutely not the king of awful service I was looking after. So, we're stock at home waiting for your carrier who will probably ask for a signature.

We are a seasonal customer and constantly bought lists of material because we refurbished a house here in à Mesa Arizona. Service was always good in the past. As a positive feedback, I can tell that your after sale service, is non-existent.

Home Depot danvers in back of the mall

The store manager is the most dis respectful person I have ever met .she makes fun if her lot associates .I have heard her say there special breed if people and and laugh she also makes fun her cashiers I've heard her say when there cold sux it up butter cup it going to be a long winter near the door and that to a seventy year old women very immature .

Home Depot delivery & installation

My name is Cheryl Taylor, 110 Enchanted Trail, White Bluff, Tn. 37187. Telephone is [protected].
I placed an order for the installation of a LG Microwave Oven on 11/23/2018 and order and delivery was confirmed to be delivered on 11/30/2018. I first received confirmation that it would be delivered/installed 10:00am. After checking online my delivery status it stated that the delivery/installation would be between 3:00pm-7:00pm. With that being said I had to cancel my plans for the evening due to the hours of delivery/installation. At 6:30pm on 11/30 I received a call stating that the delivery was not going to be made and that I would receive a call from the delivery department (GE) rescheduling my installation/delivery. The call never happened and therefore, I called 12/1/2018 and they had no confirmation of my order to be rescheduled; although the lady I spoke to did arrange for the delivery/installation to happen 12/8/18 and she was very professional. I am totally disappointed and just curious as if the delivery/installation will occur on 12/8/2018 as I had to cancel my plans on 11/30 & after that received the call stating that it was not going to happen?
I have done business with Home Depot for many many years and after this experience, I am not sure if I will be shopping there again and will definitely share this terrible experience with others that shop there. I was looking at purchasing a Washer/Dryer from you guys but now I realize that your delivery & installation team are not reliable.

I do hope for your sake, I receive a response from you.

Home Depot customer service

I went to the home depot in southaven ms. I was exchanging a slow cooker. It was a gift. I wanted a more expensive one with locks on the top. The cashier wouldn't exchange it because i didn't have the receipt. She looked it up and it was online and it was their product. I didn't want any money back i was actually going to have to pay extra for the other one. I am so upset with the service i received from this store. This was very poor service. She didn't ask anyone or managment to help. She looked on line herself and saw the slow cooker and still didn't try to help me.. this is not a good look for home depot.

Home Depot appliance pick up

My new refrigerator was delivered when promised and very pleased with it.
My old refrigerator was not removed although I requested it.
It was dirty but it had no roaches. I was dismayed that the drivers told the store that. Home depot would not send anyone so my old unit is sitting in my living room. I am very dissatisfied with this situation, and the removable of the old refrigerator was a factor when I purchased.
Disappointed customer.

Home Depot employee service

I was in the Danville Va store on 11-23-2018 I wanted to buy the $169.00 Storm Door Series 2000. I was told that " Its too late at night to buy a Storm Door. I said thank you Lowes in down the street. I left store. I recently spent over 1, 000.00 dollars in this store. Open a credit account and paid bill in full. Home Depot I am complaining about appliance delivery

My name is Elzein, I placed an order through Home Depot for a Samsung Washer, order# H6679-150292.
The delivery was scheduled for Wednesday, 21Nov18. The delivery guy showed this morning with a dirty shows, I asked him politely to remove his show as our house rule is no shows allowed inside the house. He refused, I offered booties, again he refused. Complete disrespect. He left without delivering stating I would get a call. Nobody did, I spoke to the supervisor, her name is Linda ID#585745 who was so rude, unethical and showed no sign of cooperation of getting my washer delivered. Instead, she changed a delivery to 24Nov where I have been waiting for over a week to wash our dirty laundry. I have been disrespected as a customer, my experience with Home Depot has always been great, I got nothing but dignity and respect. I want this formal complaint to be escalated to the highest level possible. Loyal customer can not be disrespected like this. Home Depot order and delivery services - this is my second complaint

November 15, 2018
I'm waiting 1 hour already to speak with somebody and they disconnected me twice. Today will snow here in NY and the Home Depot delivery service placed my heavy items outside (tiles and cement), because they do not copy and paste the instruction for delivery.
I called to place the order November 07 and they had not have the items ready. So when I went to the store they told me that they will delivery the items Friday, then Monday and then the delivery was wrong; they placed my heavy items outside (tiles and cement), because they do not copied and pasted the instruction for delivery.
I called the store several times and I know by sure they know me by name. I spoke with Dee several time even on Monday November 19 when she told me that somebody will come and place the items at the correct location and I waited all day from 10am to 7pm and nobody call me... when I called to the store Dee just told me that she is doing the best that she can...she promest me that she will send somebody today 
It is 2pm and again nobody is here or call ... I hope that this post can help me and somebody from Home Depot can call me this situation is very frustrated and I do not know what else to do!

I Spoke with the manager Patrick and they send the people to move the merchandise to inside the porch. Unfortunately, as I predicted the items are not wrapped like they will face a tornado, those are the words that Dee told me or she said the damage products are on them. 
I can't believe the terrible service, the Home Depot associates moved every thing from outside to the porch, the cardboard of the boxes are so wet, a lot of tiles are broken to the point that you can't even lift some of the boxes because they are falling in pieces (totally broken) at lease 5 of them, 2 concrete bags are hard and I cant find the separator of the tiles.
My contractors finished with one room and I have to keep wet boxes in my apartment with some broke tiles and at least 5 boxes totally broken. So my thanksgiving project is taking off all the boxes to the tiles to avoid mold problem. 
Here is my question now, What is suppose to be on us in this case for Home Depot?

Home Depot lg refrigerator

my issue with a 3 month old LG refrigerator that I bought ordered new this year, my freezer went out needing a new evaporator ( I was able to use the refrigerator portion of it but I had to wait for a service person to come out, then wait for a the part to be delivered, wait for the service person to come back out to find out that when the evaporator was installed it caused a mother board to go out and the entire refrigerator was out. I was told perhaps another part could be order which would take another few weeks, then a few weeks for installation etc. I needed a refrigerator because I lost food that I bought for the holiday, my sister who's diabetic needed storage for her insulin and Thanksgiving is coming in a few days as well. I did speak to a supervisor at LG a very nice lady who suggest the I get a new refrigerator from the place I order it Home Depot, they approved a new one but it's on back order till after Christmas Home Depot, it was suggested that I get a comparable model that's in stock but they can only give me a refund then I can go and order another one, no refrigerator because I thought I bought the best never will I buy another LG product.

Home Depot carpet install

I need someone to contact me asap regarding a pretty screwed up deal ok no a carpet install. This had been going on for three months and I am fed up. They were going to charge me $100 to move each piece of furniture even an empty shelf Soni had to have people come and do all of it a tremendous amount of stuff and furniture Some of which needed several guys as well as furniture dolly. They then messed up the first install by not doing something they were supposed to do correctly. When I was finally able to reschedule the reinstall for today I have told them both times to come as early as possible because I work from home and it's important for my line of work to have done as early as possible. They gavee a window of 10-1. They were also supposed to call when about an hour out So I could accommodate them to come. When 12:15 rolls around and still haven't heard from them I contact the flooring company who contacts the installer and says be here in 20 minutes. The installer calls me about 15 minutes later and tells me they are going to another install and be about 2 1/2 hours before coming which is my BUSIEST time of day plus I had Made arrangements for someone to come around 3 to help since hey we're supposed to have already been gone by then so had to rearrange schedule with that person as well. This has been the biggest joke I've ever seen for such a huge company and customer service is horrible. They screwed the job up notbme so just because they have to reinstall for free doesn't mean I should just be put aside for money jobs and I am ticked when I have asked to be the earliest as possible and nothing has been a priority with this whatsoever and I would appreciate a phone call return asap as you guys need to find another company to install if this is the way it's going to be as you are going to lose a lot of business this way. I'm about to take on a huge job with a deck replacement and I don't know if I'm going to use home depot anymore because of his fiasco. My number is [protected]. Thanks Brenda korte

Home Depot treatment by staff and false promises

On Friday, November 9th I was to have a stove and refrigerator delivered to my home between 9 and 1. At 9:20 I got a call from the delivery company saying they took my things off the truck because they overscheduled. They would deliver it by Tuesday. We found this unacceptable. It took several hours and numerous phone calls on my girlfriend's part before someone named Jody finally had the delivery rescheduled for the next morning. The refrigerator, unfortunately, did not fit so I needed to purchase another one. While purchasing it I was told that they would need more time to refund me the oversized refrigerator. I wound up putting it on my Chase Visa Card but I realized I would have to pay the whole bill right away. I then asked if I could put it on my Home Depot Card but because they could not remove the oversized refrigerator charge for a few days I had to ask for an extension of my credit. This caused my credit score to drop. I was assured all would be taken care of by Tuesday. Today, I received a phone call from Home Depot saying because of a "glitch" I would have to come to the store to rectify this. I did and the assistant manager, Sue, kept telling my girlfriend and I that I was already refunded on my Visa Card. We tried to explain, though she kept interupting us, that the oversized frefrigerator had to be removed from our Home Depot Card. Finally when my girlfriend asked Sue to stop talking and listen did she realize their mistake. What I find amazing is that there were no notes on my account which would have rectified it, that I had to come in to fix the problem when most people just make a simple phone call to fix it, and the compensation they promised us ($108 delivery refund by Jody (I was told by Sue, Jody did not have the power to authorize it, and the compensation from the delivery company, (50-75 dollars) was also forgotten. I was treated like a piece of garbage, especially for a person that has spent over $25, 000 at Home Depot (Nanuet, NY and Fishkill) over the last 5 years. It is inexcusable and I will never shop at a Home Depot again.

Home Depot lg refrigerator / asurion protection plan

Purchased an LG refrigerator 11/2015. 3 years later the refrigerator has a sealed system, cooling issue. 3 weeks now with no refrigerator. The store says they cannot help I must call the protection plan. Asurion the company handling claims for Home Depot does little to nothing to help. Allstar appliance spoke with my husband via telephone stated that it was a compressor problem, said they couldn't fix it and wouldn't come to the house, Smart Appliance came to the house diagnosed it as a sealed system issue but couldn't fix because they didn't have a technician that could fix the issue. The 3rd appliance company Hudson Appliance wants to come to diagnose the problem and is unsure if they will be able to fix it. If the refrigerator has been diagnosed why do I need more appliance companies to diagnose the problem, why can't a technician that can fix the issue hired. This is an ongoing problem with LG refrigerators and Home Depot does nothing to help or protect it's consumers. I feel like it's just another sale for them.

Home Depot hot water heater

We bought a house in 2014 and the inspector said we needed a new hot water heater so the sellers had it replaced and installed by Home Depot. It was warranted for 5 years. It just recently starts leaking so we call the manufacturer and he told us it was still under warranty and to call Home Depot to have them replace and install a new one at no charge for the tank but Home Depot charged me $475! for this guy to come out for 1 hour and 20 minutes. That averages about $80 bucks an hour. Wow wow wow! How is that possible? It is almost like you are charging us to partially pay for the tank that was still under warranty. I understand that the tank was still under warranty but not the labor but $500! That is astronomical. If anything you should be collecting from the manufacturer since it was their tank that broke down. I am just lucky that I have been working a lot of overtime to be able to cover this or else I don't know what I would've done. I am sure the BBB would be interested in this or a TV station. I would recommend to them not to have Home Depot install anything that would be "free of charge". Also, I will not be going into your store and will ask my friends and family not to as well. Home Depot racially profiled

I was shopping at your Tacoma location on 72nd I was racial profile I was with my two children my daughter and my infant child I was using my stroller and there were no carts available I had heavy large items that I was unable to carry I am disabled I used my stroller to transport them to the cashier the item was not concealed I had been followed around the store by several different people giving me and my family dirty looks during the time of my check out I was then asked to be searched I told them no and asked why they stated that this was normal protocol I asked why they said I looked suspicious I am a mother with two children there is nothing suspicious about me I noticed I am the only black person in the store and that was asked to be searched I was embarrassed and disrespected and humiliated I have had this kind of experience on several occasions this must be a normal practice with Home Depot I did not want to continue my purchases I paid for what was already rang up and left the store immediately everyone there was very argumentative and combative with me I did not want to spend my money at a store that racially profiles people I will never shop at your store again the only thing different between me and the other customers is that I am African American that's what they really meant when they said suspicious I plan on contacting the news network regarding my experiences there on several occasions and filing a complaint with the court system this is unacceptable Behavior there should never happen not once let alone several times

Home Depot customer service

As a woman, I shop Home Depot more than Walmart... Today from the moment I walked in I was followed, watched, stereotyped, and treated like I was stealing!
When I went to pay, my credit has my mothers name in it, same address, same name, directly around the corner... HAS I SAID IM IN HOME DEPOT AT LEAST 3 times a WEEK!
Using the same card! I felt humiliated when denied!
I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN, THE CARD IS CANCELED, [censored] YOU HOME DEPOT

Hello, My name is Luz Sandoval we are customers of HomeDepot for avery long time, we are in Modesto

I purchased a microwave last week on line, but it dint fit, I had to refuse it, and I need one so bad, cause I own a Daycare and it's very necessary; after working 12 hours every day on Tuesday October 23, my husband and I we went to Modesto store 6601 - to make sure, I got the right one this time;
keren was the woman in appliances; we explained, what happened and immediately she gave us a hard time ; telling us in a very unprofessional and unhelpful response ; " this is all there is, what do you want me to do?

I said, can you help me with the numbers to make sure it will fit,
And with bad altitude; she checked the numbers, that's when I said, and I think you have more on line, that you can help make sure we buy the right one this time ; Keren went to the computer checking; and again with facial expressions ; talked to us

My husband ask for a latter to claim up to see the microwave,
looking for the screws, some of them are more separate then other, to make sure it will fit,
Well there she was again; complaining about my husband and that s when I got very upset
And I told her, what was her problem, she said in a alleviated voice, " I been doing a lot ; so because you're the customer you all ways right "
I couldn't believe my ears; I work with customers all day, and I couldn't imagine me or any of my helpers do that to anybody .
That's when I asked for the manager, inmediatly, she called someone over the speaker ; we waited and waited and no one responded
So we had to leave the store, tired, absent and with no microwave .

It's close to a week and every time, I think about it, I get upset;
That's why I have to do this.

Sorry, I think someone needs to do something about it

we were there to buy and her job was to help us, and if we are ignorant for not knowing, I believe that's why she is there, to

Home Depot delivery service

First, we have no complaints about the in-store (or on-line) customer service! We are long time returning customers and have always had a positive experience, and are happy with your products and installations. Our recent purchase was a washer and dryer from the appliance department in kennewick, wa.. Wayne worked with us, and he was very friendly and efficient.

The delivery crew showed up on time and the two gentlemen were cordial. However, their actual installation was not up to standard. When I questioned them about what wasn't working about the installation for me, I was told there was nothing they could do because they are not home depot employees and can not make the types of adjustments I was asking for. For example, they set the dryer up so it was sticking out a good 8-9"more than the washer, and it made for pretty tight quarters when I opened the door for loading and the counter. Never mind how bad it looked, as there was a huge wad of duct they smashed between the dryer and the wall. This is not my first washer/dryer rodeo, but the way they were explaining the duct to me, you would think I had"huh?"written on my forehead... Yes, we are aware we can cut the venting hose to the appropriate size, but how is this nota part of this installation service? Same approach when I asked them to remove the shipping plastic on both appliances so I could check their actual surfaces, specifically for dents or scratches. Wayne had encourage me to make sure I had received exactly what I was paying for. I was first told they were not allowed to remove the plastic because their fingernails could cause scratches (again,"huh?"), so I held up my hands to display my much longer manicured fingernails and asked if they therefore thought mine were more likely to scratch? And since I wasn't comfortable accepting merchandise I could not fully see, I mentioned I would be following wayne's advice. So, they did remove the plastic, and everything looked great, and off they went.

I immediately started a load of wash, and after several unsatisfactory loads, and reading the instruction manual a few times, discovered the reason I could not get the cold water to work was that the hot and cold hoses had been reversed during installation... Once again,"huh"?

Ok, I get everyone is trying to cover their tushes in case something goes wrong, but this seems ridiculous! I paid for a complete delivery and installation that turned out to to not be complete. So, there you have some feedback that I hope is helpful for your customer service considerations.

We brought a washer and dryer ($2, 000) and the delivery man refuse to install. He wanted leave the items in our garage. We refused and talked to manager at home depot. This manager requested to talk about this issue with the Spanish speaking deliveryman. I understand and speak Spanish and hear the manager tell the delivery man to just install, didn't matter that delivery person refuse to install. I think that delivery person wasn't going install just wanted to take our old washer and dryer. I wish that I had check out this website before I brought these appliances' at home depot. We are now trying to resolve this issue with this company.

Returns associate contacted tool dept. . The associate came over and immediately commented "what did you drop this in" she further commented that it looks pretty used for being a year old. She also commented that the box and bag looked brand new. I took this as an inference that I was trying to commit fraud.
The final result was that I had to contact HD about the protection plan I had purchased. I then returned home and proceeded to do just that. They informed me that I would have to call Dewalt as the tool was still under man. Warranty. I proceeded to call dewalt and they informed me that they had no service centers in my area. I then asked for a supervisor and was told it would take 24-48 hours to be contacted. I then contacted HD protection plan and spoke with Susan who was very helpful.
My problem is not resolved but she tried. The point I'd like to make is this. I have always liked shopping at the HD due to the ease of customer service and willingness to fix the problem. It appears this culture is gone if you look at my credit card account last 4 digits 6597 you will see a balance of 0 or close to it. This is because I have begun making my tool purchases with Amazon. This is due to incidences like this. Sad to say HD and dewalt will more than likely lose my business.

Home Depot refrigerator

We purchased an LG fridge during the labor day sales event on appliances, we requested to have it delivered and installed. Home Depot subcontracted with Spirit Installers who came and didn't plug the water line and it came lose, this error caused water damage on my house. I'm being bounced around by Home Depot and Spirit in order to have repairs done.
