On 7.12.2021 I signed an agreement with "On the Level - Home Improvement", Rick and Doreen Nelson, to build a fence perhaps with a shed for $5000. with $3000. down [I gave $2000.]. It was with the understanding that work and planning would follow after Rick Nelson returned from their trip back east, approximately late July.
Rick Nelson returned. He came by to repair the work [3+ times] he had done on a previous invoice. During these times he had taken measurements for the fence / shed. He gave me a stick figure drawing of the shed for the HOA.
Several times I had asked for dates, times to start the project. I have included the texts sent between On the Level and myself. When I realized they weren't going to do the work, I pressed them to return the money. Last communication concerning returning the $2000 was 10.01.2021.
I had filed a police report [#[protected]] on 11.26.2021 [The delay was caused because I had contracted a flu and was down for over a month.] Deputy Lopez contacted and spoke with On the Level. They admitted owing me the money. I text them shortly thereafter asking to settle the matter on 12.02.2021. No response.

I want a full refund of the $2000. I gave them.

I have a concern about the ac. The water, condensation, is going back into the wood, house. Much like the problem with the old ac and causing black mold. I turned off the unit can wait until you guys get back. If, IF ok I'll turn the unit back on but I'm worried about the mold and what that can do to you or your kid.
AGAIN, no worries. I'm not going anywhere and I do believe you guys aren't either. Have a great time!

Rick says some leak is expected. Go ahead and turn it on As long as it's not running into the house. The black on the plywood rick put up is paint if that is worrying you. You should be fine but if you would like I can have Shake stop by first thing in the morning.

I actually have plans tonight. What I think you don't realize or know is that Rick never finished the window / ac the mud was still wet and he was to come back, sand, paint and connect the ac "rainspout". When I tried to sand and paint is when I realized "they" [those who moved me] didn't even leave me sand paper much less mud and spatula. Didn't help the mood. The drawings. I'm just going off what I've been told. I'm damn good at reading thoughts BUT. So … the window will have to do until… I'm remembered.
