Water and Sanitation, Cape Town review: Poor service by city of cape town

My household is currently without running water for a week, 7 days! I've been phoning and emailing the ccc. To date all I have to show for contacting ccc on this urgent matter is 4 different reference numbers. I mean really now. I'm sure if I was living in bishop's court, constantia or some other prominent area my problem would've been solved within 24hrs, if not the same day. However, my property is situated in woodlands, mitchell's plain. I'm at my wits end. I mean i've emailed the city of cape town, the mayor of cape town, (dan plato), the cape times, eve the office of the ombudsman numerous times. Nothing happened. I've phoned the call centre numerous times, only to receive 4 different reference numbers. Still nothing. We, my husband and children have been asking water by our neighbours. Totally humiliating and embarrassing. I mean my municipal account is up to date. My husband and I are tax payers. We not living off the government or frauding the government like certain government officials.
