Larson Storm Door Parts Warehouse – Refund not received for door sweeps ordered in October, 2020

This is a copy of an email I sent to Larson Support on Sept 24, 2021 to which I have never received a reply:
I am writing about a long-outstanding order No. 9310 that was cancelled but never reimbursed.
The original order was placed and paid by Visa on October 28, 2020. It was for 2 replacement door sweeps for our Larson storm door. They were never shipped, which was explained in an email from Jasmin on January 12, 2021. We were promised a refund because of changed shipping costs. The arrangement was for you to process a refund so that we could re-order with the new shipping costs.
I waited until March 11, 2021 to notify you that we have never received a refund.
I sent a reminder in June, and received a response that the order was refunded on February 6 and that money was taken out of your account.
I checked with my bank and credit card company and they have no trace of a refund.
On June 18, 2021 I requested more information as to how the refund was submitted.
I have never received a follow-up from you. This is not a satisfactory ending as I have ordered and paid for a product which I have never received. I certainly have no incentive to re-order as I have already paid once.
I would appreciate if you would look into this matter and either send me the door sweeps as originally ordered or refund my money. I would prefer any refund in the form of a check.
It is nearly a year since this order was placed and instead of having an extra sweep on hand, I have none to replace the present one.
Please look into this matter again and notify me what you plan to do.
