Creative Renovations Home Improvements review: Complaint

8.9.2021 We where trying to remodel my moms kitchen. We decided to hire this company because we saw it had the three BBB. We look up saw really good reviews on them well we hire them sign contract. In order to start the job the main contractor needed a check for at 13,000.00 for supplies and to pay workers take in mind that's only to start the job he needed two more payments one middle of the job last payment when finished. Well he took two month to do the cement, had a revolving door of employees. Employees would knock at my house wanting payment because contractor never paid them. These where just people that where hired to break cement. It took around two months to Finally finish the cement. With the cement came alot of damages to the house. We did try to contact his insurance the insurance stated he stop paying it. The holidays came around the contractor said he would be taking off the two weeks of Christmas we where ok with that. January comes around the contractor comes tells my dad he needs more money my dad tells him what happened to the 13,000.00 I gave you. Contractor stated he had no money and could not finish the job. We tried calling him emailing him nothing. The contractor never came back.
