2/25/2022 at noon, Peterman Heating and Cooling came to my house for a furnace issue that we were having. 2 days before the heat would shut off and I would reset it and come back on and the next day the same thing, I explained it to the Tech and he said it was overheating, now keep in mind this furnace is 3 years old and was just serviced in Dec., told me we needed an air purifier system and explained to me the air ducts needed cleaned also, estimate was $4200. He left and I turned back on the furnace and it wasn't working, so I called him back and he said it was overheating again, no it was working before he came, so I called the office and they said they couldn't get anyone back out for 3 days, so I called another Company and they put a part back in that was left on top of the furnace and replaced the thermostat and cleaned the flame sensor and opened the gas valve that was turned off, system is working fine now. Total cost was $268 for repairs.

They also replaced my sewer line in the back yard and never came back to flatten my grass or fill in low spots, Peterman Plumbing.

Desired outcome: Peterman will no longer be allowed on my property, and I will never refer them to anyone.
