I noticed after receiving confirmation that I had booked the reservation for Monday 12:30 am. Actually given the late arrival it was coming in on Tuesday 12:30 am. I went in and made a reservation change and the price immediately changed and increased by $130.00 approx. When i spoke to customer service in whatever country I was told that the new rate was supposed to be higher. What started out as $250.00 went to $320.00 is now being quoted at $450.00. This is a lot of $$$ for a rental being picked up on Tuesday and returned on Thursday.
I spoke again with the agent and got nowhere. I guess Gold Members do not matter to your company. I have a competitive quote for $191.00. Asked about the price match guarantee and was denied. Bottom line you need to get your act together and also get US customer service
