Sir, my Motorcycle was handed over on 25/03/2025 for service ( change of head gasket, change of oil drainage plug, change of fork oil etc, But the vehicle returned on 11/04/2025 without proper bill (details of spare parts used, GST details etc). They told me that, the audit is goung on, hence bill can't able to issue and another reason is saying that the vehicle was purchased from not this showroom hence cant able to provide bill. Now the engine oil is drained. It is seen that the Unsatisfactory work.

I have handed over my scooty BR01EK 4701 to Chandan Service Centre, Kumhrara, Patna on 10th November 2025 for servising and to change front mudguard, front body and front right body parts.

Today is 24th and i have been told that no parts is avaiable and they are unable to change tha part.

Why should one buy a bike or scooty from a company that is unable to provide the body part?
