Funbikes Review: Issues with Placing Order, Double Payment, and Concerns about Funbikes' Business Status

I tried to place an order on Funbikes' website, but it was not possible. So, I decided to give their Derby office a call. I ended up speaking to a person named Ps***, who took my payment not once, but twice! I immediately contacted my bank and managed to stop one of the payments, but the other one is still pending.

To my surprise, Funbikes suggested that I pay them directly into their bank account. However, when I consulted my bank about this, they strongly advised against it. They warned me not to proceed with such a transaction.

Adding to my concerns, I discovered that Funbikes' showroom is currently closed and there are no plans to reopen it. This made me wonder if the company is going out of business.

Funbikes Troubleshooting Tips: Fixing a Quad that Won't Start - A Lesson Learned

I've bought a bunch of quads from Funbikes in the past few years. Gotta say, you gotta get your hands dirty with some tools to make 'em work right. The quad I got for this Christmas was a real pain in the backside. It wouldn't start at all, and to make matters worse, I ended up busting the start pull spring. But guess what? Turns out the problem was a kink in the fuel line right at the carb end. That little bend was enough to completely cut off the fuel flow. Once I straightened it out, the quad started up like a charm. So, if you're dealing with a quad that won't run, it's worth taking a quick peek under the hood before you start complaining.

Funbikes Faulty Mini Quad Bike: No Refunds, Poor Customer Service - Stay Away!

I bought a mini quad bike for my sons. It worked fine the first time, but after the sixth time, it just wouldn't start again. I got tired of going back and forth and spending money on it. So, I asked for a refund, but they refused, saying they don't do refunds. They offered to fix the bike, but I would have to pay more money. The thing is, they never even set up the bike correctly in the first place, and now it's faulty. I wouldn't suggest this shop or their products to anyone. Stay away, it's a rip-off!

Funbikes Funbikes: A Disgraceful Experience with Dodgy Products and Poor Customer Service

Stay away from Funbikes, mate. They're all smiles and sunshine when you're handing over your hard-earned cash, but when things go pear-shaped, they vanish quicker than a pint at happy hour. The stuff they sell is proper rubbish, mate. Me and the missus bought two bikes, and wouldn't you know it, they both went belly up in no time at all. Talk about bad luck, eh?

Now we're knee-deep in legal mumbo jumbo, trying to sort this mess out. It's a right disgrace, it is. How can these dodgy companies get away with treating their customers like this? Funbikes, you should be ashamed of yourselves, mate. It's a proper poor show, it is.

Funbikes Terrible Customer Service and Faulty Product - Avoid this Dodgy Bunch!

We reckon this company is a total disgrace, mate. We got ourselves a bike from them about a month ago, but it's been a proper dud from the get-go. Still ain't working, can you believe it? Their customer service lot will give you a load of apologies, but they won't lift a finger to help you out. No exchanges, no returns, no refunds, nothing! All they keep saying is to crack open this bit or that bit and sort it out yourself.

Honestly, I wouldn't even think about recommending this dodgy bunch to anyone. They're nothing but a bunch of scammers, flogging dodgy Chinese gear! I'm telling ya, mate, steer clear of 'em at all costs!

Funbikes Terrible Experience with Funbikes: Missing Scooter, No Updates, Ruined Birthday

This company, Funbikes, is an absolute joke! I paid over ?300 for two electric scooters, but guess what? I only received one! Can you believe it? I've been trying to find out where the missing scooter is for over a week now, and all they can tell me is that they're still trying to get the courier to provide proof of delivery. It's pretty obvious that the item has gone missing or been left unattended, and here I am, having to chase them every single day with no updates whatsoever! Can you imagine the frustration? My poor son's birthday is just 8 days away, and I don't have any extra money to buy him something else. Funbikes, you've completely ruined a kid's birthday! Thanks a lot. I definitely do not recommend this company.

Funbikes Terrible Company: Faulty Products, Dodgy Warranty, and Awful Customer Service - Stay Away!

This company, Funbikes, is absolutely terrible. I bought an electric bike from them, but it was all messed up and broken. Eventually, they replaced it, but guess what? The replacement had messed up brakes, which is super dangerous considering it's meant for kids. Finally, they replaced the brakes, but it took forever because they kept trying to dodge their responsibilities under the warranty. Now, after less than 3 months, the battery doesn't work anymore. And guess what? I'm back to dealing with their never-ending emails, repeating the same stuff over and over again, and trying to confuse me. Their customer service is beyond awful, and their products are just plain garbage. Seriously, stay away from this company. Don't even think about buying anything from them.

Funbikes Disappointing Experience with Funbikes: Faulty Quad and Lack of Customer Support

I bought a mini quad from Funbikes in October as a Christmas present for my 4-year-old. I had a mechanic set up the quad for me and my nephews' quads were working fine. However, mine has never worked properly and it even came with a popped tire. We initially thought the issue was with the pull start, as it was very stiff. I decided to get a new pull start, but it didn't solve the problem. I reached out to Funbikes via email three times, but I haven't received any response. It's frustrating because they claim that all bikes are checked before being sent out, but clearly, that's not the case. Eventually, I expressed my frustration and told them they were taking advantage of me. Surprisingly, I received a reply the next day, stating that they will not contact me again due to their zero tolerance policy towards abusive behavior. I am extremely disappointed for my son's sake. It feels like I might as well have thrown £220 down the drain.

Funbikes Terrible Customer Service and Faulty Products: A Nightmare Experience with Funbikes

Funbikes is by far the worst place to order from, and their customer service is absolutely terrible. I recently purchased an electric scooter from them, but it didn't even last a week before it stopped working. They sent me a replacement multi reader, but guess what? It didn't work either! On top of that, they promised to send someone to collect the scooter and take it back to the shop, but no one ever showed up. It's been a nightmare trying to get in touch with them over the phone. I've been calling them non-stop, but it's like they don't even care. It's beyond frustrating. They speak to you in such a rude manner, telling me to go buy my own multi reader and battery. Can you believe that? As a result, my son didn't even get a birthday present, and I didn't receive a refund either. This company is clearly ripping people off, and they need to be reported to trading standards. They also need to reconsider who they have answering their phones because I have never encountered such rude individuals in my life. I am definitely taking further action against this company.

Funbikes Terrible Experience with Faulty Bike Battery and Poor Customer Service - Avoid This Company!

I wouldn't even bother with this company, to be honest. So, I got my son a bike for Christmas, right? Paid a whopping £400 for it, and what do you know? The battery was faulty right from day one. Can you believe it? I mean, seriously, who wants to deal with that kind of nonsense? They actually expected me to do tests on the bike and battery, like I'm some kind of expert or something. And guess what? Nothing has been resolved, even though I've been on the phone with them since January. Can you believe it's already September? I mean, come on! The battery has been sent back not once, but twice, and they have the audacity to ask me to pay for a new one. Like, are you kidding me? I could maybe understand if this happened after the warranty expired, but nope, it was right from day one. And you know what's even worse? I've seen so many other people having the same issue. So, take my advice and steer clear of buying a bike or anything else from this company. They're an absolute joke and a complete waste of time. And don't even get me started on their customer service. It's a joke, I tell you. The manager, Andrew, claims he wants to solve the problem because it's been dragging on for far too long. But guess what he tells me today? He has the nerve to suggest that I buy a battery from them for a whopping £100. Yeah, right! Like I'm going to fall for that. So, consider yourselves warned, folks. Stay away from this company. You'll thank me later.
