Hero MotoCorp review: Super Splendor Xtec

Dear Sir / Madam

I have purchased a Super Splendor Xtec with Vehicle reg no. KL 23X 1171 from Diya Motors Kollam. I have done 6 services yet for this vehicle and all were done at the Chavara Service center. There was a complaint regarding the Oxygen sensor since 3rd service and every time they promised to change it; but never did.

Recently I gave the vehicle under Job Card no. 11046-3-RJC-[protected] and they completed the job on 19.06.26. A battery for the same was drained 5 months ago during the ride and I have personally replaced a new battery. The service center promised to replace the same with a new battery since it was still under the replacement tenure. Upon receipt of the vehicle they gave me an attached invoice of INR 3752. (attached copy)

My complaints are:
1. They charged me INR 802.40 as "additional repair charges". I have asked for a clarification on the same and was replied so arrogantly by the team. They did not take consent from me before doing such additional work; whatsoever.
2. They replaced the Oxygen Sensor now and Charged INR 1120 which was supposed to be a free replacement
3. They have not yet replaced the battery which I personally spent.
4. I have asked for a GST bill where I paid all the taxes; but they refused to give the same.

Above all, the service manager Mr Deepu, Mob : [protected] has used abusive language and tried to provoke me when asked for the above clarifications. I am extremely unhappy with the cited incidents and I need a redressal immediately.
