Got some gas this morning at the Copperas Cove location and wanted to let management know how great the service was. The gas clerk named Rachal at 7:45 is a really nice employee and treats customers great. I am handicapped and have both my legs wrapped to keep them from swelling, .Rachal saw this and came out of the booth and offered to pump the gas for me. i said no that i could pump the gas myself. She asked if i was sure and then gave me a hug. She is aa great caring employee that deserves some praise. HEB needs more employees like Rachal. Just wanted to let management know.
