I have been shopping at HEB for years, love it. When having my groceries delivered, I jumped at it. For years everything was amazing. I picked a date and time with no problems.
Now undenounced to me, the person who delivers my groceries, shops for it. I receive multiple text messages while their shopping asking me stupid questions. It's like they've never been in a grocery store before. One driver asked me how they pay for my order.

Why, HEB, why would you outsource to a third party? Moving forward, I will use Curbside. At least then I will know someone with a brain, is shopping for my order.
