hdfc had a system where you could reset password without using a debit card using two step otp verification.
now under the name of security they have removed that
if a person doesnot use debit card how to reset password and have access.
2ndly you are forced to use pin instead of password then they upgrade or update and ask for password . when you go to reset you cannot...
what kind of easy banking is this ...
as a student in Australia banking is easy secure and seamles does not feel like you are jumping hoops all the time to access your own money...

Recommendation: make banking safe without a circus tricks
