Without any prior intimation, a lien has been marked on one of our accounts. Since the day we noticed this lien, we have been continuously following up with the branch, but till date no clear update or written information has been provided.
On Saturday, we received a call from the branch asking us to visit and collect the notice copy. However, when our representative visited the branch, the staff stated that “aap aaiye aur humare saath notice copy search kijiye”. Later, we received an email from the bank stating that notice copy cannot be provided, only notice information can be shared.All KYC documents have already been submitted for this account. Despite this, the KYC has still not been updated. Even after visiting the branch multiple times, we are only told “ho raha hai” with no actual resolution.
