I had credit card payment for ICICI bank on 29th and i made payment of 1.58lakh by using HDFC debit card on 28th 10am morning After transaction made i found the payment deducted from my account but payment was unsuccessful. Now i am waiting for refund after registering complaint yesterday itself. So my payment date now missed and penalty will be charged from tomorrow onwards which is supposed to be more than 10000 as per ICICI bank personal. Due to poor service i am going to pay a penalty and HDFC bank will be responsible for this.
I have been trying to connect with Customer support and no one is responding from the service team.

Claimed loss: Penalty which i am going to pay which is more than 10000 due to missing of date today.
