HDFC Bank review: Long delay for providing noc for closure of cc a/c. While it covered under cgtmse

We have a CC account with your HDFC bank vide account no. [protected], in Buxi Bazar Branch, cuttack, Odisha. And now, we want to close the CC account, but it has already taken delay of 15 days for processing of NOC & closing of CC account, while we had already sent you dd for Rs.2.70 crore on 05.03.2026 from ICICI bank. And your rm gave us closure form on 16.03.2026, while we sent you with signed form on 17.03.2026. But we are surprising that recently on 18.03.2026 a message from HDFC bank received that, an annual CGTMSE fee of rs.2,76,120/- for f.y2026-27, will be deducted from our bank account on 23.03.2026, while we are already processed closure of account. And finally, after continues mail, you or your working capital team did not reply, that how much time to taken for CGTMSE cc account closure.
Therefore, we re request you to please take this as serious and urgent basis. And close the account very soon by tomorrow. Or reply with mail by clearly mentioning that, how much time to take for cc closure by CGTMSE, while it already taken for 14 days.
