Executives usually take 2-3 month to complete the ekyc for current account. This is the 2nd time i am facing this despite of we buying a premium customer. We have initiated this process 2 months ago & so far it is not yet closed with no genuine reasons. My business is getting impacted as my incoming & outgoing transactions are impacted for last 3 weeks & none of the executives including dedicated RM is bothered to close it on priority. Account Name: triguna Foundation. hence we decided to close this account with immediate effect.
