I opened a saving-dmat-trading account in vishwas nagar delhi branch by a cheque of Rs 51000.00 dated 02.11.2015 in the name of Mrs Praveen Arora and Arvind arora A/C NO [protected] under Customer ID [protected] In which there were two accounts already running.I was given to understand free DMAT during the first year andNo ATM Charges being preferred customer But bank Debited Rs 999.00 on 07.12.2015 as Dmat charges and Rs 171 on 18.11.2015 out of which Rs 127.18 credited on 20.11.2015 All these transactions have resulted in Dr of Rs 1040 in my account. I request for refund of Rs 1040 and restore my balance to Rs 51000.00 failing which all the accounts in this custID be closed Mrs Praveen Arora

Hi Support Team, I did a transaction on 21st Nov 2015, it was failed and I was supposed to receive that 1000Rs money within 2 hr, but It is not happened and I raised complaint (PUNCE115062441) regarding the same they told me that it takes 7 working days. I found that below are drawbacks of the HDFC banking due to that soon i am closing my account: 1. I suppose did transaction 150000 or more can I wait 7 working days? 2. If some theft happen in the ATM will you wait 7 days to found? 3. It seems to be you have not automated your banking process, still I can see more dependency and human interaction in the process comparing with other banks. 4. I have credit card of HDFC Bank, which I tried to redeem by submitting form to their Chennai address and adjust the part bill amount and part paid by cheque. Next month got a bill with adding finance charges when contacted at their customer care no the lady says we have not received your form therefore this charges are charged. I have given them Airway bill no of the courier company and asked to reverse the finance charges and cancel my card also. They reversed my part charges and card is not cancelled yet. I have got bill of 6000+ for finance charges. Today I again I called them for status of cancellation of my card the lady Namrata stated their was no request placed for cancellation of card. I asked her to again put the cancellation and reverse my charges as its their mistake and redeem all my points and adjust again the bill amount and close as I would like to get rid of my card as this has caused mental harrasment. But she says this will not happen . Please someone advise as this is highly unprofessional behaviour.

Dear Admin, I had lost my credit card in July 2012. I had reported the same to HDFC Customer care and requested them to block my Credit Card and it was confirmed by Customer Care Team that the same has been blocked. During the time the card was blocked only outstanding amount due was around INR 1000. Also, the new Credit Card was dispatched to me, as communicated by HDFC Customer Care. However, when I received the next Account statement for Aug' 2012, it had an outstanding due of around INR 45000. Some unauthorized transactions were made from my old (lost) credit card even after my card was blocked, for which I had received no SMS or call from the HDFC customer care, for confirmation of the approval of transaction. For every transaction, I used to receive a SMS confirmation and if the transaction amount was greater than a particular limit I used to receive a call from customer care. Since then several discussions had taken place with HDFC Team, but every time the issue was failed to resolve. Also, every time when I received a call from HDFC team, rather than discussing the problem and understanding my concerns, the Person started abusing me and using slang languages. HDFC Team also used to call my colleagues and HR of my Organization and used abusive languages. Just for the records I had never ever defaulted in the credit card outstanding, prior to this incident. I have been facing mental trauma, since last 4 years, every time I receive a call from HDFC team. Also, today HDFC withdraw APPROX INR 105, 000 from my HDFC Savings Account (Acc No: [protected]) in an unauthorized manner without providing any information or my consent and any kind of discussion with me. I have been facing this mental trauma from HDFC Bank Team since last 4 years without any permanent solution. Unless, my concerns are resolved, I will be forced to file my case in Consumer Court for the resolution of the issue. I applied for finance of 32 Lacs on Which HDFC has given me approval and charged 11400. Mr Hiren [protected], agent of HDFC in Navrangpura branch Ahemdabad was behind me to take finance . They never informed of finance disbursement amount break up which i was told later. I have given my Hard earn money to Safal goyel in AHemdabad and now i am been asked to pay another 4 Lac first post which HDFC will give, me after 10 days. This is the most Unethical Practise been done in Market by HDFC. Pathetic.
I am going to take this matter to Ministry of Finance now.

Hi,
I am holding HDFC Credit card since more than 5 years, Last year without my concern/request they upgraded my credit card to "Regalia Card" and card is dispatched. Now after an year they charged 2850/- as annual fee. The strange thing is I haven't got any SMS for this transaction . So they feel them self that they are robbing customer money. So like a thief they haven't made noise. After checking my online transaction I realized and called customer care, then got to know about this.
I am a loyal customer to bank 6 years and these kind of cheap behavior is not fair. Please keep some dignity when you are in banking business.

My hdfc saving bank a/c no. is [protected] at kolkatta, c. i. t. road branch (br code 1224)
Without my knowledge the bank has debited me more than 23000 / - previously as amb charges (dormant charges for not operating the sb a/c. , without informing me) my sb a/c balance was showig nil balance as on 22.6.15 when I visited the bank personally. the bank informed me to deposit rs.25000 / - in the abv sb a/c to activate the account. the branch manager informed me that he will reverse the debits for the year 2015 for not operating the account. accordingly I had deposited rs.25000 / - on 22.6.15 to activate the account. but on 27.6.15 the bank has again debited rs. 5076 / - as dormant charges (amb). this is very unfair on the part of hdfc bank. I request the bank manager of the bank to kindly reverse the debit amount of rs. 5076 / - immediatedly.

My home loan a/c no: [protected]. I was sanctioned rs. 8, 55, 017 / - and flat construction was carried out by heritage ltd but delayed due to their financial problems beyond the agreement period.
Rs 674637 has been disbursed already.
We (govt employees in igcar, dae) went with pelican ltd as builder and the work is resumed now and going on smoothly.
Due to delay by previous builder, the interest paid to you along with rental loss causes huge financial burden on me and i’m unable to avail tax rebate without completion of flat and your delay in part payment might further aggravate the problem.
on may 5th I requested for part payment for brickwork and plastering of rs.91, 341 / - but you have not released it of already sanctioned amt and not replying what is the reason for indefinite delay.
The work claimed (brickwork and plastering) is completed and can be verified by proper site visit. i even sent photos to velacherry officials.
I do not understand why the delay without a single fault from my side. (i'm paying pre emi regularly even after 2 year delay approx by hpdc).
I request you to enhance my total loan amt to rs. 11, 50, 000 / - since cost of construction is escalated by rs.350 / sqft. I am a central govt employee and hope I fulfill all your requirements for enhancement of loan and if not please give me the valid reason for delaying the process. (documents reqd are attached)
The unprofessional attitude of hdfc makes huge financial loss and depression.
Hdfc team visited the site on 27th june and found satisfactory work progress but branch till now not paid the part payment.

I hope you will solve my problem because it is not only my problem but it may be the problem of other customer's also who do not raise the issue
Please buckup otherwise the DSA'S and other third party to whom the loan queries may have gone may take things for grated and online partners like paisabazaar and others and banks like hdfc and others will have to bear the brunt
My major concern was that I had selected option of HDFC BANK for personal loan requirement on your website but never approached any DSA or third party for the same.
Even if the query is directed to the DSA or third party, the customer should have knowledge of their agency name, address and contact details so that the customer may verify if it is fake or genuine
In my case the concerned person Mr Pramod had misleaded me stating that he was executive of HDFC BANK, LB NAGAR BRANCH, NAGOLE which had opened recently two to three months back.
So please take strict measures and action in this case

had applied to a third party and they cannot help me as I
was not provided any reference number as no application was
submitted.
It is very disgusting to know that the
advertisement in paisabazaar.com, bankbazaar.com or any
other website shows about banks but does not specify that
DSA or third party
would be handling the loan processes. I had not contacted
any DSA for
processing the hdfc bank personal loan.The advertisement is
misleading the customers as the DSA’s or third party who
are accessing the queries are turning out to be fake or
fraud cases.
Even HDFC BANK is responsibe for such
fake and fraud cases to happen as they have given an
opportunity to the DSA’s or third party which list is not
provided by HDFC
bank. to the customers or not availabe on website.
To sum it up both the online partners
paisabazaar.com and co and BANKS like HDFC AND OTHER BANKS are directly or
indirectly encouraging the DSA’S or third party to take
advantage of customer’s requirements.Please stop such
practices when you cannot provide security to the
processes.
I had undergone lot of pain and stress the
past week both losing the amount of Rs 3500/- and also
unprocessed personal loan.
It is high time both the online partners like paisabazaar
and others and the banks like HDFC BANK and others take care
of such malpractices and loop holes so that the customers do
not suffer.
I am also intending to approach the consumer
forum in regard to this case.

refund order of processing fee conveyed throug durgapur branch in 2009but not paid till date
Ihave applied for housing loan in 2009. But due to inordinate delay loan was not availed. Complaint lodged with director of public grievances. On pursuing the matter refund order conveyed by hdfc durgapur but till date no payment made. Now complaint lodged with hdfc for non payment but they declihed to pay on vatrious pretext. Loan was required in 2009 and applied 2009. But sanctionedon file no [protected] / sen when there is no requirement due to payment on personal capacity the instalment raised in 2009 by builders. Naturally they agreed topay, now they are declining on various pretext. Please look into the matter.

Credit card expired in Mar but showing transactions and payments in Apr and May. When emailed attaching the card statement HDFC Bank senior executives and management turned deaf ear. All outstanding dues are paid but transactions are showing in months of Apr and May on expired credit card.
I have been working with BRANCH COEX AND MY CODE IS 77223 Since 8/7/2010. I had resigned from the services and got relieved on 11/11/2010. Since then i am trying to get my settlement dues i.e my last month salary, pf and the adjusted leave along with my insentives due. But i am not getting any answer from HDFC bank as it has taken over.
The ATM outlet in Vashi railway station building is out of service since last more than one (1) month. The complaint for same is already lodged with HDFC; acknowledgement for same is recieved via mail (copy attached).
Till date no action is taken for same. Another nearby HDFC ATM is at a distance of 15 to 20 minutes walking.

I received amt of 214.35 Rs bill, but i amnot using .when i called to customer care he tolled me you are using through net banking by applying mini activation for petrole and utility bill option. but actuly i dont have knowledge im net banking and also i am not using my card.with out my knowledge i have activated that option so pls check and remove the amt . give replay to me.
I have been working with hdfc business banking liabilities belgaum branch Since july 2007. I had resigned from the services and got relieved on 31/12/2007. Since then i am trying to get my settlement dues pf, but i am not getting any answer from HDFC bank.
