Harrah's Resort review: Harrah's casino hotel - room refund

I have an unresolved issue with Harrah's Casino Hotel in Atlantic City. On October 29, 2023, we stayed at Harrah's Casino Hotel. We were at a show and upon returning to our room around 3:30 am, we found our room had been ransacked and valuables had been stolen. We immediately contacted security and filed a police report with the Atlantic City Police Department (case [protected]). We provided Risk Management/Customer Relations Atlantic City Region with a copy of the police report. Interestingly, the police report indicates there were NO surveillance cameras in the hotel or stairwell. On December 12, we were denied a refund for our room based on 'their investigation." We were violated and robbed and they are refusing to refund us the $350 for the room. I realize we cannot do anything about the stolen property, but I think a refund is in order based on the circumstances. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
