Maui Resort Rentals I'd def recommend Maui Resort Rentals to my peeps

I'd def recommend Maui Resort Rentals to my peeps. Larry is the man! He's quick to respond to emails and calls, and he's super chill and profesh. Plus, they hook you up with beach chairs and other cool stuff. When I had a prob, they were on it like white on rice. I'd def use them again. Mahalo!

Maui Resort Rentals ain't giving us our money back 'cause of the dang Global Pandemic. They're only givin' us a credit that's good for a year, but we gotta use it for the same dang unit. Problem is, that unit ain't available for all of 2021 and Hawaii's still makin' folks quarantine. We only got 'bout two and a half months to pick from and those dates are smack dab in the middle of quarantine. Can you believe it?

Maui Resort Rentals I rented a condo from Maui Resort Rentals for April 4 to April 11

I rented a condo from Maui Resort Rentals for April 4 to April 11. Here's how it works: Folks put their timeshare condos up for rent with Maui Resort Rentals, we pay them, they take a cut, and then pay the owner. In Hawaii, bookings made within 60 days of arrival are paid upfront. I get that. But I've been trying to get in touch with Maui Resort Rentals for a week now, and they haven't responded to my calls or emails. I need to cancel my reservation because of COVID-19, but I can't seem to get a hold of them.

Maui Resort Rentals We booked a stay at The Honua Kai Resort through Maui Resort Rentals for March 17-21, 2020

We booked a stay at The Honua Kai Resort through Maui Resort Rentals for March 17-21, 2020. We made the reservation on Jan 11, 2020 and got trip insurance from RedSky, which Maui Resort Rentals suggested. Sadly, our 4-year-old son got a cold at the end of February and has been coughing. He has a medical condition, so his doctors told us not to travel with him, especially with the Coronavirus worries and travel restrictions. We tried calling (like 10 times) and emailing Maui Resort Rentals since March 13th to cancel our reservation, but they haven't replied. We talked to the insurance agency, but they said we need to contact Maui Resort Rentals first to start the process.

Maui Resort Rentals We was supposed to go on a vacay to Maui on April 16 and we booked with Maui Resort Rentals

We was supposed to go on a vacay to Maui on April 16 and we booked with Maui Resort Rentals. But Hawaii is closed for vacationers now and Hawaiian Airlines canceled all flights. We can't use the rental and the rental agreement doesn't say anything about this. They have a 60 day cancellation policy but we couldn't do it because of the fast crisis. Maui Resort Rentals offered us a credit, not a refund, that we can only use on the same unit we booked. We have to use the credit within a year, but it's not practical for us with three young kids. Airbnb and VRBO are giving refunds but Maui Resort Rentals is keeping all our money. They're not answering emails or phones and it's not ethical.

Maui Resort Rentals I used Maui Resort Rentals to book a vacation for my family from May 28 to June 5

I used Maui Resort Rentals to book a vacation for my family from May 28 to June 5. I made a deposit on February 8 and my final payment was confirmed on my credit card on February 27. On March 1, I received an email saying my final payment was processed successfully. But on the same day, I received another email saying that if I wanted to cancel, I should review their policy for refund information. They said any refunded amount would be visible in my account in 2-4 business days. I tried to contact the *** Home and Villas, but their website was down and they didn't answer the phone. So, I contacted Maui Resorts and wrote an email asking for assistance with my two payments totaling $8,715.47. I haven't received any response from either company. My bank confirmed on March 12 that there has been no refund.

We had a vacay planned in Maui on April 17 and we booked it through Maui Resort Rentals. But, Hawaii is closed for tourists due to the crisis and *** Airlines canceled all flights. We can't use the rental, and the rental agreement doesn't cover this situation. They have a 60-day cancellation policy, which we couldn't use due to the fast-changing nature of the crisis. Maui Resort Rentals offered us a credit, not a refund, for the reservation, which we can only use on the same unit we booked. We have to use the credit within a year, which is not practical for my family of 9 with young kids and teens. Other major booking companies like *** and *** are offering refunds to their customers. I can't find any nine-day windows in 2021 when Hawaii won't be under lockdown. Maui Resort Rentals is not dealing with this situation ethically and keeping all the funds from the reservation. They're not responding to emails and not answering their phones.

Maui Resort Rentals Me and my fam were supposed to go to Maui on March 23 and we had a reso at a condo that Maui Resort Rentals manages

Me and my fam were supposed to go to Maui on March 23 and we had a reso at a condo that Maui Resort Rentals manages. Cuz of COVID-19, and the Hawaii Governor said no tourists or non-residents can come to Hawaii, we had to cancel our vacay. We hit up Maui Resort Rentals right away (March 18th) and told them to cancel our reso. It took them like 2-3 days for their sales person to call us back and say we were cancelling. When they did, they said we couldn't get a refund cuz we didn't give them 120 days notice. We knew that was the deal, but we said cuz of COVID-19, we should get a full refund. A few days later, the sales person called us back and said they could only give us half our money back. We said no way, we want all our money back cuz this was a 'force majore' situation. We've left a bunch of messages for the sales person and their boss, but they haven't called us back in like 2 weeks. They're not good at communicating with us and it takes them like 3 days to answer our emails or calls.

Maui Resort Rentals Me and my fam made a res with Maui Resort Rentals for a trip to Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort North from March 28-April 4

Me and my fam made a res with Maui Resort Rentals for a trip to Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort North from March 28-April 4. We paid $4,508.18 for the week. I called the salesperson and guest experience rep at the resort three weeks ago to postpone the trip coz of the Corona virus threat. I talked to them thrice and they said there were no cases on Maui. But now, that's not the case. They said they won't make any changes and we'll lose the money if we don't keep the res. My daughter and I called and emailed Maui Resort Rentals several times but got no response. They only posted their virus policy today and it's still the same. San Fran is on lockdown and Governor Ige asked visitors to postpone travel for 30 days. I'm at high risk and we're traveling with kids. It's unbelievable that Maui Resort Rentals won't change their policy under these circumstances. It's not just us, but other helpless travelers too. Please help us and other families who got screwed by this shady company.

Maui Resort Rentals Me and my fam rented a suite at Maui Resort Rentals for 8 days in June

Me and my fam rented a suite at Maui Resort Rentals for 8 days in June. It cost us $1600+ a day and a $600 cleaning fee at the end. The first night, I got bed bugs from the futon that was left in the kitchen. The futon was all bagged up, but when we got there, I took it out on the balcony to sleep on. The next morning, I woke up with at least thirty bed bug bites all over me. I called the property management company and they took the futon away after asking me three times if I got any pics of it, which I didn't. They called pest control to check the suite, but there were no bed bugs in the 3 rooms. The pest control guy said he hadn't seen the futon, but they gave him an addendum saying it had no bed bugs. I got a Doctor's Letter saying I had bed bugs and was being treated because they were oozing. I also have pics of the bites for 9 of the past 10 days. The place was not well-maintained either, with throw up on the curtains, different colored paint on the walls covering up holes, and a frayed balcony table. Overall, not a good experience.
