Hardee's Restaurants review: Rude, disrespectful employee

I visited your store on 11-17-21 at 7:10 am to purchase a steak breakfast combo, the employee that was on the headset was the rudest person I have ever dealt with since I have been dining at hardees. When I reached the drive thru window I was treated even worse because I asked why she " barber ' had such a nasty attitude, I was talked to so rudely, I just left my order. I am not sure if she and the gm are sisters but I was told that they were and that's the reason she can talk to customers any kind of way. This company has received so many complaints and something needs to be done about it asap. I will not stop here. As a customer I should have never been treated that way. I understand help is hard to find but at what cost are you willing to lose good customers because of rude, disrespectful employees! The dm of the atmore, al store has been contacted and he is yet to respond.
