Hardee's Restaurants review: poor customer service

To whom it may concern,
What ever happened to customer service! I presented to hardee's to obtain dinner for myself, in order to take to work. I ordered a hamburger with no cheese on the freshly baked bun that is advertised and an unsweetened tea. I paid for my meal and then asked for ketchup, sugar substitute, and napkins. I understand condiments are expensive, but no offer was made to see if anything was needed. The young lady that was waiting on me handed me the ketcup and sugar substitute. She then abruptly turned her back to me and walked away. When I arrived at work, which I guess was my mistake, I found no napkins, a hamburger with cheese on it, and ice tea that was sweet. I am a diabetic, so that is why I asked for unsweetened tea. I afford myself fast food meals when I am going to work at night. What a disappointment! Poor service, is that the norm?
