Hardee's Restaurants review: partial food order

6-27-2019, went to hardees today and orderd biscuits and gravy. I was only person in store, I waited and waited and finally order came. She said we ran out of gravy and walked away. I opened box and all there was, was a biscuit and about 2 teaspoons of gravy. There was no offer of money back or a way to rectifi problem. The service at this store is getting really poor. We have been coming here for a long time, now I just don't know
