Hardee's Restaurants very rude customer service and terrible language

Very poor customer service. I watched a female employees verbally assault a new female employees like you wouldn't believe. I am in there eating with my children and she we're cursing at this poor lady and then blatantly told the lady that she wants to kicked her [censored] while she was corner against the wall and right in front of every body. I called the store after rushing my kids out of there because of the language and the team leader was rude to me and hung up the phone and left it off the hook so I and no body else could call back. This Hardee's is located at Seffner Fl. I don't like going to that restaurant any more I rather spend my money some where who treats there people right and there customer.

I stopped in on one of your restaurant by Seffner Fl and it so happened that it was Sunday from coming back on visiting my family down to Tampa and as I ordered my food I can hear a lady who is throwing the hash browns to the fryer cursing up the storm and calling someone a [censored] and stupid and how she wants to kick her [censored] and I couldn't believe that a manager doesn't stop her for verbally calling other employees names is this how you run your restaurant because I can only imagine how they will call out the customer if they get them upset.

Hardee's Restaurants hardee’s employees

I was at a Hardee's at Fultondale, Alabama the employees at front were veryy rude with us when we ordered our food and switched our minds to change our order the black lady at front had an attitude and started talking rudely to us this was on Sept the 30th Sunday around 11:00. I went to go eat with my family and enjoy food not to get talked rudely by the worker. Would not go back there again!

Hardee's Restaurants the people

I was in your pendleton indiana location this morning around 715 a.m. while i was there they madr me wait 10 mins to get my food i was the only one in line at the time. Then when i asked what was taking so long because i was in the drive thru and cars was lining up. The women brandy rudly is going to shut the window in my face as shes telling me they was waiting on fresh biscuits. As i know this does happen the problem i have is my biscuits werent fresh and cold by the time i made it down the road home! I stop in there alot as my son loves hardees and its normally quick without any problems, I wo t be coming back and will be letting everyone I know not to go to the pendleton location!

I have been going for lunch once a week at this Hardees for several years. I have always received excellent food and service. Alysa and Brandy are both fantastic! Keep up the good work :)

Hardee's Restaurants very rude customer service & terrible language

Hardee's Restaurants everything

Tables and floor were dirty. Nobody cared to clean up anything. Most of the staff took a break at the same time. Some smoked right by the door. It was not a customer friendly thing to do. Taking a break was the only thing the employee did, while I was at this place. The employees went outside to smoke with there friends that just stopped by to say hey. This location is a 2 out of 10 stars. It was terrible

Hardee's Restaurants food managers

They always giving out half done food. This morning I notice this little girl standing behind the counter. When I was fixing to let her take my order she told me "im waiting to get clocked in" I said ok. The manager then came and took my order. There were 3 managers there and they didnt not care for clocking her in. They continue to walk pass her so, she left. This is horrible. (september 22, 2018)

Hardee's Restaurants apple pies

Went thru the drive thru order a strip meal with 2 apple pies go to eat one it was old cold and looked like it has been bitten on go to eat the second one old cold called to the store a guy answer's I ask what time you guys close he said 11p.m went thru the drive thru around 9:07pm I asked if he can drop more pies he says unfortunately I can't but I can't refund you your money the only reason I went there for pies don't want my $1 back just wanted fresh pies bad customer service

Hardee's Restaurants hardees not honoring displayed sign on window

Hardees in Nashville TN ths morning, I pulled up and sign on window posted any 2 for $4 breakfast mix & match includes frisco, sausage/egg or bacon egg cheese.

I went to counter ordered 2 friscos breakfast and large drink total was $10.13. I advised cashier total was wrong and should be $4. She told me they are not honoring that all everyone this morning came in ordering something from the 2 for $4 advertised sign and they are not honoring it. I told her they have it posted and need to honor it but she did not. I asked for a refund.

If this is what you have posted on your window Hardees should honor what they have posted. I told her they need to take advertisment down and she rolled her eyes.

Hardees way to go with customer service. Not honoring what you advertise. Black eye on you.

Hardee's Restaurants curly fries

They charge 280 RS for full pack of curly but give handful fries. They said it is measured but they have no measuring machine .after asking they said the box is measured. Then I said to fill the box but they denied bluntly .it is company, s property not them.they r there to deliver order properly. Their behavior is not proper specially the girl on the counter who takes order.kindly resolve the problem.thanks

Hardee's Restaurants service

Went to Hardee's at Watson blvd, ordered two biscuits and one was wrong, returned it and second one was wrong, then third one was wrong! Manager looked at receipt and talked to cook, cook made the fourth biscuit and then the real problem started, cook tapped front line worker on shoulder and asked him to hand biscuit to my husband, where worker declined and said I'm not dealing with them! I told manager what he did and said and next thing I know he is arguing with me, manager told him to go in the back, he did and turned right around and started arguing with me and the manager. We got a refund and left! Something needs to be done about front line worker, definitely not a team player.

Hardee's Restaurants the management service is really bad in lansing kansas

i applyed for a lob there and i didnt get a reponse the first time i had keep trying to get a hold of the manager there nothing and when i did finally get a hold of the manager he tells me that he was going to check on my app and nothing a week goes by then i go in and talk with him and he tells me that he would pull my app out to look at it and have me come in for a enterview nothing then i go back in there and then he tells me that he had to get a hold of the main office and nothing then i finally get a message today saying that you was not going any further with it i think he should be fired from there

Hardee's Restaurants fries portion

I ordered a chicken fillet with large chilli lava fries and a strawberry milkshake, when the meal arrived i noticed my large chilli lava friesis in a hamburger box ( normaly in a basket) i asked the cashier has the size changed she then replied what do i mean? I explained that the fies normally comes in the basket hence the burger box is half the size ( closed box). He manager eplained to me that this is the large size and what is my problem, i was not in the mood far an arguement and politely asked for a refund. If this is the new "large size fries" i can not see that i would pay AED10 for your new size. Feel free to contact me on Tiaan.[protected]@hpsplayco.com

Hardee's Restaurants service

On Sept 12 I went to hardees to do some work on my lab top. As I was doing my work and observing the business. It was horrible. It was 3 ppl there but only 2 was working. 1 cashier and 1 cook. The other person left and never returned. The cashier God bless her lil soul was on both ends. She was at the window and then back n forth on front counter . The cook came from the back to help. They called the manager and he said he wasn't coming in till 1 or 3 o'clock. I thought if you are short of ppl the manager is spose to come in. Well he didn't. I got there bout 9:15 am and stayed till almost 12 o'clock. Nobody showed up. The cook had to stay but nobody still hadn't came. One girl spose to been there @ 9 but she was a no show . Another girl came in but she was late. Cars was all around the building. Ppl was coming inside and the cashier and cook was trying their best to get everybody situated. It's just sad how the place is ran and the manager ain't there to back up his employees. They need to hire some more ppl bc that day was ridiculous.

Hardee's Restaurants hardees in oshkosh wi koeller st

We ordered two meals the resturant messed up both orders so we called to complain we were told wed get coupons in the mail and now over a month later i still havmt gottem anything. So we called in again because we spent alot of money there and were told wed be compensated and never wete then the manager tells us come on in well get you two free meals so i use my gas to drive all the wat across town for this manager named jenni or jennifer she tells us i can give u 7 bucks off ur meal thats it but over the phone 10 mims prior i was told id be compensated my two meals. This woman was extremely rude and then she calls the district manager who was even more rude acting like im just a bum stealing food. We spent our hard earned money at your restaurant i expected to get what i paid for the employeed obviously werent trained or nust didnt care because i asked for a sesame seed bun they say it comes on that but lookong right at your menu borad it comes on one of those new buns you use and i hate them i paid for this food why did i not deserve wat i paid for all in all the district manager told us he wasnt going to do anything to compensate us at all. This is terrible customer service and if not fixed i will never eat at your restaurant again and i will tell everyone i know what your company has done. Ill also be forced to file a complaint with the bbb because this is not how a business should be run. Im disgusted with my experience with your company today.

Hardee's Restaurants hardee's manager tasha

She fired me because she said i didnt show up on time im always on time to work she is so rude and hateful to employees never nice

Also she never had a job for me just told me what to do everyday when i came in i was when i first start there a food prep person then when moved management they just told me what to do every day thats not right i think they need new management again or something cause not right way she treats ppl

Hardee's Restaurants 2 frisco, 2 grits, 2 leg coffee, 1 tea,1 sausage bis, 1 sm hash brown

Everything even coffee were cold excluding 1 Frisco, Frisco bread was barely toasted which has been complaint for couple of mostly. But. Today broke my forgiveness for such poor quality on food and service. 1st requested to be sure Frisco's were grilled looking like ad shows NOT, requested tray for 3 drinks purchased, was told needed to pull up and food, coffee's in tray would be brought to me. After waiting 14 mins.nothing came out wrong with no coffee's, Frisco not cooked right, biscuit/hash browns cold, employee then brought back cold and no tray. At that point I was so frustrated and just went home, oh also grits were so cold like off heat for long time. Tried to call store 9 times with no answer for kept going to like sending a fax.
I spend over $20 day During the week at Hardee's but I guess they do not care for that so at this point I will not be doing business with them anymore.
Employees need to take some pride in their work, preparing that food To the quality that Hardee's represents.
It is so sad to see this type of service going on, its going on with me it's going on with many more. Mgr has previously credited me on Frisco and store does ok on them next order but
Then we're back to where we are today but today was the worse with everything so cold and things wrong or service.
Cold coffee definitely shows something is wrong. And this type of service shows these employees are not listening when upper management is not around.

Hardee's Restaurants cinnamon raisin biscuits

On 9/4/2018 I visited your restaurant located at 3816 main ave in fargo, ND 58102. Order number #326567
I purchased a 2 pack of cinnamon raisin biscuits. I got back to where I was staying approx. 20 min away. I opened the cardboard box the biscuits were supposed to come in to find trash. It appears to be the empty frosting pouch from the biscuits. This is outrageous! You served your customer a box of trash. It's a good thing I'm from out of state because I would never eat at this particuilar restaurant again. If the employees at this restaurant are this careless, what happens with the food before its served to the customers who spend hard earned money at any Hardees restaurant? Please refund my money for this order. If you ever want my patronage at any Hardees ever again I expect something for my troubles. Adam Cady

Hardee's Restaurants treatment by employees

We stopped in as we were passing through town after visiting a water park. The immature black kid on break was laughing at us as we were on our way to the restroom (it was a long drive), he was making faces of disgust at our attire/ appearance and mocking us with the other employees. I'm appalled!
We went out to greet the rest of our group and let them know that we definitely would not be eating here, EVER!
What a Horrible way to treat someone! YOU disgusted ME.. with your intolerant, ignorant and Awful behavior!
We'll never stop in this town again.

Hardee's Restaurants burgers

Went n bought a all star meal from Hardee's.my granddaughter was eating hers n she just happen to look at her food.raw meat.what if she had gotten sick.i won't ever go back there again.maybe you'll need to go with precooked burger patties or get the grill fixed cause I'm not letting this slip by.thats dangerous eating raw ground beef .maybe you'll need to find a different cook

Hardee's Restaurants service

I went into the restaurant today 8/30/18 this evening around 7:15I waited about five minutes before my order was taking the cashier was talking to the manger kids that she had in the lobby waiting, she was talking to the kids as I placed my order and she said excuse her and asked me to repeat my order due to her talking to the kids in the lobby I was the only customer in the lobby at the time no other customer but me and I ordered two sliders I waited another five minutes still no order every car that was in Drive Thur came up and drove off so I asked the manger about my order she said the guy in the back was new and she asked him for the sliders still my order wasn't made so I then asked after I saw the manger talking to her kids and her family or friends that was outside of the building she acted as if she didn't care so I asked for a refund she gave me my money back and said well bye then I really didn't appreciate the service that was giving to me also a business shouldn't be a place to baby sit children in the lobby and they up talking and interfering with customer service the kids was spinning around in the chairs and keep coming up to the counter and the manger was holding a conversation with a gentleman that came inside the business I feel if you don't have a baby sitter then you should'nt come to work to serve customers but I really don't like the way I was treated when I waited patiently until I couldn't take no more of my surroundings everybody in the restaurant was dressed dirty and looked nasty I go here all the time but after today this will be my last visit to this restaurant and I'll pass this information on to my family and friends that this place has gone down and it's not professional or clean as it use to be.
