Dear Hanes Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent Comfort Cushion socks I purchased.
I have been buying Hanes Comfort Cushion socks for many years specifically because of how comfortable they were and how good they felt on my feet. Unfortunately, the last package I bought felt noticeably different and was no longer comfortable.
After checking the packaging, I saw that the cotton content has been reduced to 49% and replaced with polyester. This change clearly affected the comfort and quality that I have relied on for years.
Because of this material change, I will no longer be purchasing these socks and will be switching to another brand that still offers higher cotton content. I wanted to make you aware that this change has lost a long-time, loyal customer.
