I have purchased more than a dozen of these bras, size L+ over the past couple years because they fit d-ddd cup sizes and are very comfortable.

My complaint is that after washing them a few times, in cold water, and air drying them, the band size stretches out up to additional two inches. Replacing them every month is cost prohibitive.

What do you suggest?

The product is not made good the leg openings are too big! purchased a package with 10 pair in it! They all are the same no elastic around the legs. This was a waste of my money! 1/24 Wife purchased a package of tube socks for Christmas. Worthless piece of fabric! Only good for one use. After one use and wash. These socks stretch out so bad after 1 day of use. They are no longer wearable. They twist, fall down and completely worthless. It is so sad. Your conpany used to produce a high quality product. Not anymore. The products being sold by tour company today are completely worthless. And I for one will never purchase another hanes product.

I purchased a pack of 10 briefs. 4 pair are white which would be awesome however the stitching is way off. Poor workmanship! The seams that are supposed to be on the sides but they are not. The right side is near the front hip bone and the left side is in the back on the butt side. They would be uncomfortable to say the least. I have washed the but not wore them. Hi, well I did it again and purchased Hanes Women's underwear at WalMart. I purchased a 10 pair pack. Out of these 10 pairs, 4 of the pairs are a good inch smaller in just the waist than the others. THIS ISSUE HAPPENS EVERY TIME I PURCHASE HANES UNDERWEAR. There are always several pairs that are very small cut. It is almost like they get mixed up with smaller sizes but packaged in packaging. I have periodically stopped purchasing anything from Hanes because this sizing issue happens even with Hanes Tank tops. There is apparently no quality control on sizing. And is a common complaint with Hanes underwear especially. If I had a smaller women living with me I could just share a package, but I don't and I really don't think I should pay for sizes that I did not want. And no, I am returning them because this is a Hanes issue.

9/27/23 purchase Hanes value pack 10 bikinis, breathable cotton stretch. Package boasts no painty lines, no ride up.

However, these panties have minimal elastic stay power, whereas they not only RIDE UP, they slide or shift out of position.

Being a Hanes customer for many years, it was unfortunate that I could not find the comfort fit in my size at the time, so this purchase was, what I thought may be a second best. The package also boasts “feel the softness”it is suspected the softness directly related to the ride up & displacement of the garment. Very disappointing, as most retailers will not accept an opened package.

i bought three packs of womens underr wear and wore them only once and the seams ripped and on some the elastic in the waist broke . i purchased them at walmart in norwich ny and tried to take them back and they said there is nothing they can do i have to contact the company for a refund or replacement

i have always bought this brand and never had a issue .i would like it if the issue could be resolved in a timley manner

I purchased these two different 8 pair packs of underwear at Sam's Club. After a couple of washes, the stitching in the waste band came undone on nearly every pair. After wearing and washing I'm unable to return to the store. I would expect the Hanes Name brand to be good, quality underwear no matter where I purchased it. I've always worn Hanes underwear, socks, t-shirts. This is the first time I've ever had any issues with anything.

Bought a package of 12 and after only wearing one day the socks are already shedding off the cotton and not wearing good. Have always bought Hanes socks but the quality has gone downhill. Bought at Walmart on 2/7/23. Socks are made too thin and suppose to be cushion socks. size 6-12

I ordered white briefs size 11 on 2/2/23. Today 2/8/23 I received an email stating the item you ordered became unavailable after your order was place. You were charged for unavailable items. I understand things happen you didn’t have enough inventory or with everything going on in the world things take time to make or get. My problem is, I really like your product and want your product, don’t you want to sell your product or you’re telling me you’re never going to get these in again. That’s what it sounds to me. Why wouldn’t you say there’s going to be a delay or take a little longer or ask for my email and when they become available we will email you. Don’t tell me to call customer service because they were no help! I tried to explain but all she told me one line isn’t aways right. Just because you can still order them today doesn’t mean you have them. Guess what I told her I’ll go to your competitor! I really don’t want to do that I like yours! Better customer Service!

I am appalled and very unsatisfied with my recent purchase of Hanes Premium socks. I wore one pair of these socks just one time, and was shocked to find a hole already in the top of the sock.
What kind of quality do Hanes products have these days? Your products used to last for a long time - I would never expect just a 1 day usage.

I bought this package of socks from Target in Hickory NC. Because I live over 1 hour from this store, I seldom shop at this store. And honestly I do not want to drive 2 hours (1 hour each way) to the store for a refund.
Am I to expect that all 12 pair of socks in this package will have holes in them the first day of usage?

My expectation is that Hanes Executive Office will investigate why you current quality is terrible.
Likewise, for my "Satisfaction Guarantee", I would expect Hanes to send me another package of 12 Cushion Crew Premium (OR BETTER) socks.

I love these underwear - but the side seams come apart shortly after starting to wear them (I have lost 3 pairs this way) and I have one pair that the band that runs around the top unraveled half way around. Another pair gone.

I am sorry I am not able to give dates.

Other then the sides giving out I love them ..but you need to get this issue in order or I can't afford to keep buying new ones as they are not exactly the most affordalble underwear on the market.

Purchased Men's Breifs(6) Underwear 36-38, MultiColor Blue, gray, Black, at WalMart on Nov. 8th, 2022, love the product, fit perfect, comfortable, BUT 1 pair after wearing once, the inside waist seam UNRAVELED after wearing them ONCE ! Very disappointing since I love Hanes and I love the product and plan to buy them again. Please comply by backing your product quality.

I bought a 10 pack of mens white briefs at target.

They are the most misshapen mess of underwear I have ever seen. I would expect to see something of this quality at the dollar store NOT HANES!

I will not be purchasing Hanes anymore. I had to turn around and go buy more underwear because they were so uncomfortable for my husband to wear!

I threw all 10 of them away. I would not even donate them, they were that bad!

Hanes QC should be ashamed of themselves.

I hope they take a good look at the mess they call underwear. Would you wear them?

Could you comfortably wear them all day?

I seriously doubt it? I am furious!

Especially when things is are so expensive now!

These claim to not stretch out around leg and to be supportive in crotch area. 15 minutes into wearing these, all fail. Legs are loose like shorts, crotch area has no support. 3rd time buying these multi packs. If I can't get some kind of coupon or new large briefs mailed to me, I'll permanently be going to another brand for boxers, briefs, socks etc. Thank you.

I purchased a package of woman's panties in June or July this year, and it is the end of August with only 2 pair still undamaged. The seams where the cotton panels are sewn to the thin stretchy fabric have all come undone. They averaged about 3 "wearings" before they rip, since they were rotated with my existing undies. Needless to say, it will be the LAST time I purchase Hanes underwear!

It is apparent that the creators of this commercial is a relative of a board member or someone is getting sexual favors. Since I agreed not to use abusive language to express feelings about your commercial. I will come out and state that I will never by your product, Period.

It was reported that Hanes claims that in their underwear survey,* that we are in a recession if the sale of men's underwear drops by 10%. . It just could mean that your commercials sucks.

Bring back Michael Jordan, and don't insult us with your bovine excrement ads.

I purchased a six pack (+3) of ribbed underwear to take on vacation; however, the material must have been dry rotted. With the first pair, the elastic came away from the cotton material and with the second pair there were tiny holes in the material as though something had chewed through it. Needless to say, I tossed the remain pairs out and luckily, I brought others to wear. This was horrible for this product to be rotted like this. Hanes is a pretty good brand, and generally I haven't had a problem with your products until now and was very disappointed I was unable to use my purchase.

The Hanes guarantee is "complete comfort". Why do they sew seams inside of bra cups and the trim edges with scratchy lace or seam binding. While the bras (JMS) that I bought fit and I love the style they will not be wearable if I cannot get the scratchy seam binding/bottom trim softened up. I have washed the bras with fabric softener with no change. I am currently soaking the bras in LOTS of softener in an attempt to make the material used to sew the bra cups and the binding so that it does not scratch/itch. So sad...

All the briefs are getting holes in them. They are Hanes Most Comfortable size 4XL. I belive they were in a three pack package which I ordered on two differant dates. Amazon order number [protected] on November 21,2021 and Amazon order [protected] on November 16,2021.
