On August 1st I went to bake the HEB biscuits. I tore off the outer paper & getting ready to hit them on the edge of the counter when all of a sudden it exploded and one of the end lids hit my stomach & left a severe mark on my stomach through my shirt. It felt like a burn & looks like I had been branded. I would like HEB to look into the packaging of these biscuits because they could become lethal if this would have hit one of my grandchildren which could have been standing by me. It could have even hit my eye; I just do not want to see anyone hurt because this lid has still left a faint mark on me as of today. Please be aware & I consider this to be serious concern. I should have sent this sooner however life gets away from you sometimes. I am a 64-year-old woman & shop almost weekly at the HEB off Blanco Road & West Ave in San Antonio where I purchased these 2 cans. Once this happened, I threw the other can in the trash. I just never thought you could get injured by a can of biscuits. Please let me know what becomes of the investigation into these explosive biscuits. Sincerely, Patty Jones [protected]
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response and maybe the company look into its packaging so no one else gets injured especially a child or and someone's eyes get injured.
