H-E-B review: Store manager.. Assistant checker manager and express line checker...
I came up to an Express lane and was getting ready to check out my 5 items.. I stroll up and there is a women and a man with an overflowing full cart that they started to check out.. iI questioned it and all of a sudden I am the one that has an issue when the checkout line clearly states 15 items or less. And I had other customers behind me that were NOT very Happy about the situation either and the Women customer starts copping an attitude with Me when apparantly She was either non caring about other customers or was to illiterate to know better BUT the checker should of told her from the beginningn that He was NOT going to be able to check her cart as nthe line was strictly express ...
Desired outcome: i left the store as nothing was being done by either the clerk or check out line manager when the manager was well aware of the problem taking place...
