To whom it may concern:
My name is Lisa Fuller and for the first time due to location from my work I visited the HEB on N. New Braunfels and Houston. To which I was absolutely disgusted with. Of course, you can blame it on the clientele of that location, which is a contribution, but I blame HEB Mgmt. for not tending better to this store despite location. Shame on H-E-B corporation for not investing in this store to carry the same pride as other stores. No one deserves this type of shopping experience. I shop at my local HEB on Walzem road and or Nacogdoches & O’Connor and never have I experienced this kind of filth in a store. There is no reason for this store to be as small as it is, or as filthy as it is. I literally smelt poop as I entered the store heading to pharmacy.
1. First off, your registers and self-checkout counters are too close to the front entrance which impedes traffic entering and those exiting.
2. Your Pharmacy is barely a foot away from self-checkout, yet there is a consultation window within feet from self-checkout and feet from customer service desk.
3. I found it difficult to maneuver the store as soon as I entered because of how busy it was at the entrance. I didn’t see any managers guiding customers to ease checkout or control lines.
I sincerely hope that upper management/CEO (not store mgmt.) gets a chance to tour this store and ask themselves, would I want my family to shop here? I can guarantee you their answer would be no.
Please take better pride in this store.
Respectfully,
Lisa Fuller
Desired outcome: Someone with higher integrity to take a close look at this store.
