They put out so many tables that the shoppers can't move through the store. My wife and I had to leave our cart and go to Walmart after 40 minutes trying Get through the tables at the entrance. There were a lot of disgusted people standing by their carts waiting for a chance to move. If part of a Grand opening is to impress your regular shoppers, you failed miserably. Shopping is a chore, not fun and some people are just trying to get their errands done. They could care less about someone's grand reopening. Make it shoppable.

Claimed loss: Time is money!

Desired outcome: Make the store shoppable again.
