When we purchased our timeshare in 2014 we were told that if we did not use our time that year we had the option of renting our time to someone else to recoup some of our cost. We were given a list of agencies who would facilitate this. Of the 8 agencies on the list 6 were no longer in business, the other 2 took money for this service only to never be heard from again,

Claimed loss: $1000 US$ year

Desired outcome: My wife became ill and was forced to retire in 2016, weeks would like to see our share to recover some of the money we put into it
