Karma Group No Customer Service

We bought into Karma Group whilst in Bali in May. Ever since, it has been a nightmare. We have given a deposit and have been trying to get a Transfer from Classic Holidays to Karma to complete the purchase. Our emails are not being answered, they have taken our deposit and nothing else seems to be happening.

Absolutely disgusting nil customer service. We require information from Karma to complete our transfer but to date nobody is willing to help us.

I regret ever entering into this contract, and should have just said no, when being coaxed into buying it with smooth talking by all concerned.

Desired outcome: I want communication from the Jimbaran Office and the information required to be emailed to myself and Classic Holidays. If that is not done, I want my money back. Absolutely disgraceful.

Karma Group Membership

Karma Royal is a SCAM

They promise you everything nice and deliver nothing. They walk around preying on tourists in Bali, expressing selling a holiday accommodation, sign up members to a massive contract which they act as interpreting to you but do not disclose the hidden costs.

(After signing for our membership, we were surprised to be hit by a 1000 USD fee every year for maintenance. , which nobody ever explained to us. They promised they'd help us sell our membership if we don't need it, and when called they said they never promised that.

When you call to speak to the person who sold you the contract you are told the person is not known to the company.

Customer care and Management are the same. None are able to commit to what they sell and are the most unhelpful.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM

Desired outcome: We would like our money backTo raise awareness.. stay away from Karma Royal Group

Karma Group Karma Group

We bought into this company on our last trip to Bali in 2019, Cost $15,000

Have paid the annual fees for 2 years since another $3,000

The company try to call us but I don,t want to talk to them because they try to put you into a false sense of security.

I would love to sell what we bought on a whim and a good salesman but no go.

Can I just leave what we bought into?

Desired outcome: Refund our initial payment and other payments since then.

Karma Group Phone call

I received a call from Australia at 4.30 a.m. UK time. She introduced her Kimberley from Karma Odyssey Discovery 365 ext 8757. . She rang my mobile and when it was not answered, she rang my home number. I
told her that it is 4.30 in UK and she has waken up from my sleep.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT RING ME ON EITHER MOBILE OR HOME NUMBER IN FUTURE. Only email me.
I am very annoyed with the middle of night call.

Karma Group dishonest policies to members

This karma royal thing is a total fraud. We have recently became members and not able to get a booking as we were promised by the sale executive at the time of promotion.They just fool people from other clubs and convince them for membership telling all lie promises that they do not accept non members but this is a total lie.We already were members of Mahendra club and the reason we took this membership was because they told we could get a booking anytime.LIES LIES LIES.I am going to put this on all social pages that I have.They stop tourists in Goa for a one hour presentation which was actually 5-6 hours of head ache when they ultimately convince you of their faithfulness to their members and so we purchased their membership just to find out now, when we attempted a booking, that everything is booked and that there are also non-members so therefore no vacancy.Total cheat and fraud ! before wasting your one day of your holiday with their liers and bol bachan executive read this !

Karma Royal/ Karma Odyssey is the biggest sham ever.
They take your money then you can never get a booking.
We bought a lot of points so that we could use Karma Kandara anytime.
They are now trying to sell us fractional at Kandara, last time we were there the sales manager told us that we will not be able to get accommodation at Kandara on points as it will only be fractional owners that get accommodation there.
I tried to book now and was told they have changed the rules you can only stay Saturday to Saturday and no one bedroom pool villas available for my dates.
Funny when I tried to book 5 one bedroom pool villas on booking. com they were available for my dates.
Also I never signed up for Saturday to Saturday bookings.
Biggest sham ever you can never get your bookings.

Hi Jane...I am a member too. The thing is, there are two types of villas at Karma Kandara. Those owned by Karma, and private villas owned by other people. Those units that you saw in booking.com are the privately owned villas, not belonging to Karma. So these villas are advertised by the respective owners and Karma do not have the right to give them to Karma members. Hope this answers your confussion.

Karma Group Vacation club

We bought a membership thru them and found that it was all lies.
We listed our membership to sell in USA with no luck, not their market (Asia)
We were referred to an Asian based vacationclub/timeshare reseller called iVacAsia. Thank god we found them, they sold our membership in 51 days. We never thought we would get out from this!

My wife has had $400 AUD stolen from her handbag in $100 notes over 4 days from our 4th level room in Karma Minoan, the General Manager doubts our accusation and is very unhelpful, I have told him to call the police as we are right.

We are going through the same thing! We purchased in Cabo...sounded too good to be true but we did it anyway because the sales person really seemed that it was REAL
been trying to use our points and having issues getting online for over 1.5months.
It was sold as a vacation club..."use up to 6million points" on travel...gave us free flights, airfare, cruises too
Feel like such and IDIOT.
Any advice Please help
