I order Grubhub 4 or 5 times per week. Recently I have had a few food orders delivered late. I submitted each one and for each I got $5 in compensation for each late event. I tried to get my $5 yesterday for the most recent late order but I got a different message:
this order isnt eligible for the promo code. I called and the customer service reps told me I had exceeded my "quoto" for promotion codes.
I asked what next and they said they would not guarantee on time delivery any longer on my account, even though I order 20 plus times per month. I want the company to add the exception to their description of the guarantee, and that they should also inform customers when the orders are no longer guaranteed.
