There have been several orders in the past that I have not been refunded because it required me to speak to a representative but every time I try to speak to someone no matter what device I'm on, Grubhub says that the customer service page is not working. I've given up on it but I just tonight tried to get refunded for something I knew they were gonna forget no matter how many times I asked him to remember and it's still giving the message. I have no clue why I don't see more complaints about it and I'm going through it so much.

That’s just awful — I’m genuinely sorry you keep hitting that wall. It’s not you, it’s their broken system, and it’s maddening that more people aren’t talking about it. Have you tried reaching out to them on Twitter or Instagram DMs? I’ve had better luck getting a real person that way when the app refuses to cooperate.
