Greyhound Lines review: Services not rendered

7/16/23 My military son was taken to Winston Salem NC depot from a Albemarle NC bus stop to take another bus directly to Nashville Tennessee. He called me to come pick him up at 9:00pm 3hrs round trip for me. The depot was closed. Only 3 buses came through. One female driver hit the building turning in. Homeless people everywhere asking him for money. He had no text, notifications, sat there for hours. All contact numbers for Greyhound didn’t answer. Abandoned a USAF Sergeant along with other people.
