Refer my trip from New York to Boston on 01 Aug 2026.
I had booking through Grayhound bus service with BOOKING NUMBER
338 024 0925 with a FLIX BUS.
The FLIXBUS was running late following which I tried to contact them for help and cancellation of this ticket and that I would rebook the ticket in next bus. however FLIX BUS service denied it as it was done by GRAYHOUND SERVICE. Since the bus at 1115 hrs was delayed substantially and I had requirement I did another ticket with GRAYHOUND SERVICE BOOKING NUMBER
338 039 9867. I havebeen askin refund of the previous ticket, however I am not getting any suitable reply. Further cancellation attempt was also enquired by me with GRAY HOUND Customer care team around 12 noon, but they told me that it should have been done before 1115 hrs. Since the basis of cancellation of the ticket was delay in BUS timings , cancl=ellation before 1115 hours was not possible as there was no prior intimation of the delay. Further, I have booked a new ticket for the same journey through GRAYHOUND. I would sincerely request this great servioce provider to not charge me twice for the same journey and give full refund of the ticket with BOOKING NUMBER
338 024 0925. Thank you.
